A Medium Ice Pack comes included as standard in all our Medium Lunch Bags. We love to have a few spare so that you can always have one frozen ready to go!

Check out our new, upgraded version! These new Ice Packs are made with a wipe-clean nylon outer material. The outstanding quality remains with the same gel contents inside, but these new ice packs have a stronger, condensation-free outer layer.

We made this change for increased durability and protection from sunlight and tearing, for inner gel stability. The ice packs remain independently certified “food safe” and still comes with our machine washable cover.

Care & Warranty:
Freeze the ice pack flat and without its black outer fabric cover.
Remove any frozen residue on the outside of the ice pack before placing it in the cover/bag.
Always place the included ice pack inside the black fabric ice pack cover before using it inside the lunch bag.

We offer both regular and express shipping for international customers, with shipping rates displayed at checkout, based on the weight and value of your individual order. All international orders are shipped with tracking, using Australia Post.

We post daily Monday to Friday and dispatch orders next business day, except for new releases, sales and public holidays where it might take us a little bit longer.

Best icepack EVER - never to use another one again

Couldn't recommend this product enough - Rate it so highly. My kids use the ice packs every school day in their lunchboxes. We live in Queensland, and when the kids unpack their lunchbox at the end of the day the ice packs are still FROZEN.... In QLD summer heat!!!!

Great but needs to be more durable.

These ice packs are the best they stay frozen and are still partially frozen after school however they don't last. The stitching comes apart and gel oozes out we have gone through about 4 of them a year between 2 kids and they always seem to break after the 6 month period something needs to be done to make them more durable.
We are lucky we get new ones when we buy the lunch bags its just really frustrating and messy.
