We're only offering our extended Click & Collect hours until 7pm on Wednesday 10th June and Thursday 11th June, so now's the perfect time to come and grab your goodies.

Our Click & Collect shelves are still packed with orders waiting to be collected. If you've received your collection notification, we'd love to see you pop in and pick up your Montii haul! 🎉✨

There's a real buzz around the warehouse as we wrap up the EOFY Sale, and everyone is focused on finishing strong and getting the last of your goodies on their way. 🚚✨

The warehouse team is powering through the last wave of orders and there's a real sense of excitement around the warehouse as we near the end of our biggest dispatch period of the season.

FAQs

We prioritise Express Shipping orders and warranty replacements first.

International orders take a little longer due to customs paperwork, so we’ve got a specialised afternoon crew dedicated to those.

After that, we work through orders in the order they were placed - batching them by size so our warehouse team can keep things moving smoothly.

As soon as your order’s been packed and is ready to head out, you’ll receive a “Your order has shipped” email with all your tracking details included.

Keep an eye on your inbox (and don’t forget to check your spam or promotions folder, just in case it sneaks in there).

Yes! You can make changes using the Edit Order button in your confirmation email, within 4 hours of placing your order.

After that window (especially during sale periods), unfortunately we can’t process order edits as orders move quickly into our packing system.

Please note: Any BOGO promotions are not able to run adjacent to order edits

If you need it fast, you can upgrade to Express Shipping.

Enter your order number at checkout so we know which order to move into the Express queue.

Yes! You cancel your order using the Edit Order button in your confirmation email, within 4 hour of placing your order.

After that window, unfortunately we can’t process order cancellations.

We ship from Coomera, QLD, using Australia Post and TGE, depending on which carrier offers the fastest route, and most competitive pricing.

Our warehouse system automatically chooses the best option based on your location.

Once dispatched, please refer to the carrier’s website for the most up-to-date delivery estimates.

We split our crew into three main squads:

Pickers -The crew that zips through the aisles collecting every item for your order.

Packers - the detail pros who scan and double-check every product before boxing it up with care.

Restockers - the behind-the-scenes heroes keeping the shelves full.

All of this action is carefully coordinated by our warehouse manager and team leaders, who keep everything (and everyone!) moving smoothly from shelf to send-off.

This two-step system means two sets of eyes on every order before it leaves the warehouse - helping us keep mistakes to an absolute minimum. ✅
