Issue With My Order

Changed your mind or spotted a mistake? No stress – our self-service portal lets you update most orders within 1 hour of placing them.

You’ll find the link in your order confirmation email, so check there first to make quick changes.

Packing Errors

Something not quite right with your MontiiCo order? We’re here to help! Whether it’s a missing item, the wrong product, or a packing error, our customer service team will work quickly to make it right. Get started by clicking the button below.

Returns

In the unlikely event your item is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 5 days and we will do our best to rectify the situation. All items are checked and cross checked before packing.

We gladly accept all returns resulting from a change of mind, and we offer the option of online store credit or issuing a refund*.

We do not accept change of mind returns on Clearance Items.

You have 30 days from the day you place your order to initiate a return for credit. The item must be in its original sale condition, with all tags attached.
