A Large Ice Pack comes included as standard in all our Large Lunch Bags. We love to have a few spare so that you can always have one frozen ready to go!
Check out our new, upgraded version! These new Ice Packs are made with a wipe-clean nylon outer material. The outstanding quality remains with the same gel contents inside, but these new ice packs have a stronger, condensation-free outer layer.
We made this change for increased durability and protection from sunlight and tearing, for inner gel stability. The ice packs remain independently certified “food safe” and still comes with our machine washable cover.
- Orders $99+ : FREE Standard Shipping, or EXPRESS Shipping for $7.
- Orders less than $99 : Standard Shipping for $10 or Express Shipping for $17.

Other Countries: At this time, international shipping is available only to New Zealand.
We offer both regular and express shipping for international customers, with shipping rates displayed at checkout, based on the weight and value of your individual order. All international orders are shipped with tracking, using Australia Post.
We post daily Monday to Friday and dispatch orders next business day, except for new releases and sales where it might take us a little bit longer.
Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order item is in stock. If you would like your other items sent earlier please purchase in two separate transactions, or select split shipping at checkout.
