WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE BENTO THREE+ AND THE ORIGINAL BENTO THREE?
Great question! Though they both have 3 compartments, the Bento Three+ is much bigger than its original counterpart. The Bento Three+ comes with 2 removable dividers, the Bento Three doesn’t come with any but they can be purchased separately.
The Bento Three+ also has a removable silicone seal for easy washing, and three latches rather than one due to the large surface area of the lid.
HOW DO I USE MY LUNCH BOX?
Little Lunch Box Co Bento Three+ lunch box is designed for those with a larger appetite and to allow for whole fruits or larger sandwiches to be packed with ease. It comes with 2 removable dividers* which allows you to turn the three compartments into five for more variety. When inserting the removable dividers please ensure that the arrow on the underside of the divider is pointing towards the inside of the lunch box.
You can also add Little Lunch Box Co Bento Dividers or Bento Cups to pack more variety in the lunch box.
‘Wet’ foods such as dips and yoghurt can be safely packed next to dry foods in Little Lunch Box Co Bento lunch boxes by following Little Lunch Box Co Bento Lunch Box Packing Instructions.
Bento Three+ Lunch Boxes can be hand washed or washed on the top rack of the dishwasher after each use and then left to air dry. Refer to Little Lunch Box Co Bento Lunch Box Care Instructions for more details.
HOW MUCH FOOD DOES THE LUNCH BOX HOLD?

HOW DO I CLEAN MY LUNCH BOX?
Little Lunch Box Co products are all made of durable hard wearing BPA-free, food safe materials. Little Lunch Box Co standard design Bento lunch boxes are top shelf dishwasher safe on wash cycles <45 degrees celsius. Please refer to the Bento Lunch Box Care Instructions. Make sure you are drying your products in an open, upright (like a tent) position overnight.
HOW DO I STORE MY LUNCH BOX?
We recommend that you always store your lunch box with the lid open when not in use to allow the seal to fully dry. Storing your lunch box with the lid closed can result in mould growth.
CAN I PRE-PACK THE LUNCH BOX THE NIGHT BEFORE?
Yes! Because each compartment is airtight, Little Lunch Box Co Bento lunch boxes can be packed the night before and kept in the fridge ready to go in the morning.
IS THE LUNCH BOX LEAKPROOF?
The Bento Three+ Lunch boxes are leakproof for wet foods only, like dips and yoghurts, thicker sauces etc. They are NOT leak proof for liquids. For that reason, foods such as watermelon and citrus fruits may need a paper towel folded up at the bottom to soak up any additional liquids to prevent liquids from crossing over to other compartments of the lunch box. Refer to Little Lunch Box Co Bento Lunch Box Packing Instructions for more information.
DO YOU HAVE ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS OR ADDITIONAL PARTS?
Yes - there are removable dividers to allow for more variety in the lunch box, and replacement seals and latches. You can find all of Little Lunch Box Co replacement parts here.
HOW DO I PUT MY CHILD'S NAME ON MY LUNCH BOX?
We recommend using Vinyl stickers to label your child’s lunch box - there are a wide variety of options available online.
DO THE LUNCH BOXES COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Of course! Little Lunch Box Co have a full 12 month manufacturers warranty on Little Lunch Box Co products. Wear and tear is a normal part of any product and common with products made for, and used by, children. Wear and tear or damage caused by drops are not a fault created during the manufacturing process and will not be claimable under Little Lunch Box Co's manufacturers warranty.
We recommend that you always store your lunch box with the lid open when not in use to allow the seal to fully dry. Storing your lunch box with the lid closed can result in mould growth. This will not be covered under your manufacturer's warranty.

Orders are shipped to anywhere within Australia for a flat rate of $10 (FREE over $99). We post daily Monday to Friday and endeavour to dispatch orders next business day.
We post Australia Wide via Courier or Australia Post. Shipping service is dependent on order size and delivery location. Orders sent via courier will require a residential address. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please allow 10 working days for delivery as Australia Post has recently changed their domestic delivery timeframes. If you have any concerns over the status of your parcel, please contact us. Every satchel parcel sent by us is trackable from lodgement to delivery. In the rare circumstance that a parcel is missing, we will launch an investigation with the delivery service to locate it. Investigation times vary by service and the resolution will depend on the report findings.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
In the unlikely event your item is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to rectify the situation. All items are checked and cross checked before packing.
If you change your mind on an unwashed and unused item you are welcome to post back for an exchange. Once we confirm the item is still in brand new condition, a credit for the item’s value less our restocking fee will be added to your account on our website for you to purchase an exchange. Postage costs associated with returning and receiving the new item, and the item price difference, are wholly the customers. We do not refund for change of mind.
Faulty or incorrect goods are welcomed to be returned for a replacement. Please contact us for details on how to exchange. We have our own returns portal where we can cover the return postage in this instance.

If you wish to cancel your order (before it has been fulfilled & shipped or an order awaiting a pre-order item) a restocking fee will be charged and that will be deducted from the transaction total refunded to you. (The restocking fee covers the administration costs incurred due to the change of mind).
While we endeavour to respond to you within 1 business day, sometimes our warehouse has already fulfilled your order as they begin packing orders at 6am daily. We are unable to cancel those orders that have been fulfilled and dispatched.
Alternatively, if your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel your order and issue a gift card for the full order amount and this is valid for 3 years.

I bought the bento 3+ because I liked the bigger space for food. It also comes with a divider if you wish to make more sections. It’s really easy for my 5 year old to unclip and do up again.
Fast shipping as well! Loved our order. Would love a hot food jar too for the winter months.
I wanted to love this lunch box so much! The new latches and larger size looked perfect however my 5 and 7 year olds really struggle to close the latches independently. Furthermore, the removable silicone seal is fiddly to reposition after each wash and has stretched heaps. I thought I’d cheat by leaving it in occasionally but now the seal is full of mould :(
So far so good! Our 8 year old loves his new Bento Three+. It has all his school lunch in one location, making it very easy for him to pick and choose throughout the day. Also allows plenty of lunch to be packed. Very easy to clean too.

Great question! Though they both have 3 compartments, the Bento Three+ is much bigger than its original counterpart. The Bento Three+ comes with 2 removable dividers, the Bento Three doesn’t come with any but they can be purchased separately.
The Bento Three+ also has a removable silicone seal for easy washing, and three latches rather than one due to the large surface area of the lid.
HOW DO I USE MY LUNCH BOX?
Little Lunch Box Co Bento Three+ lunch box is designed for those with a larger appetite and to allow for whole fruits or larger sandwiches to be packed with ease. It comes with 2 removable dividers* which allows you to turn the three compartments into five for more variety. When inserting the removable dividers please ensure that the arrow on the underside of the divider is pointing towards the inside of the lunch box.
You can also add Little Lunch Box Co Bento Dividers or Bento Cups to pack more variety in the lunch box.
‘Wet’ foods such as dips and yoghurt can be safely packed next to dry foods in Little Lunch Box Co Bento lunch boxes by following Little Lunch Box Co Bento Lunch Box Packing Instructions.
Bento Three+ Lunch Boxes can be hand washed or washed on the top rack of the dishwasher after each use and then left to air dry. Refer to Little Lunch Box Co Bento Lunch Box Care Instructions for more details.
HOW MUCH FOOD DOES THE LUNCH BOX HOLD?
The Bento Three+ lunch boxes hold 1300mL which is approx. 5 1/4 cups of food.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY LUNCH BOX?
Little Lunch Box Co products are all made of durable hard wearing BPA-free, food safe materials. Little Lunch Box Co standard design Bento lunch boxes are top shelf dishwasher safe on wash cycles <45 degrees celsius. Please refer to the Bento Lunch Box Care Instructions. Make sure you are drying your products in an open, upright (like a tent) position overnight.
HOW DO I STORE MY LUNCH BOX?
We recommend that you always store your lunch box with the lid open when not in use to allow the seal to fully dry. Storing your lunch box with the lid closed can result in mould growth.
CAN I PRE-PACK THE LUNCH BOX THE NIGHT BEFORE?
Yes! Because each compartment is airtight, Little Lunch Box Co Bento lunch boxes can be packed the night before and kept in the fridge ready to go in the morning.
IS THE LUNCH BOX LEAKPROOF?
The Bento Three+ Lunch boxes are leakproof for wet foods only, like dips and yoghurts, thicker sauces etc. They are NOT leak proof for liquids. For that reason, foods such as watermelon and citrus fruits may need a paper towel folded up at the bottom to soak up any additional liquids to prevent liquids from crossing over to other compartments of the lunch box. Refer to Little Lunch Box Co Bento Lunch Box Packing Instructions for more information.
DO YOU HAVE ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS OR ADDITIONAL PARTS?
Yes - there are removable dividers to allow for more variety in the lunch box, and replacement seals and latches. You can find all of Little Lunch Box Co replacement parts here.
HOW DO I PUT MY CHILD'S NAME ON MY LUNCH BOX?
We recommend using Vinyl stickers to label your child’s lunch box - there are a wide variety of options available online.
DO THE LUNCH BOXES COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Of course! Little Lunch Box Co have a full 12 month manufacturers warranty on Little Lunch Box Co products. Wear and tear is a normal part of any product and common with products made for, and used by, children. Wear and tear or damage caused by drops are not a fault created during the manufacturing process and will not be claimable under Little Lunch Box Co's manufacturers warranty.
We recommend that you always store your lunch box with the lid open when not in use to allow the seal to fully dry. Storing your lunch box with the lid closed can result in mould growth. This will not be covered under your manufacturer's warranty.

I bought the bento 3+ because I liked the bigger space for food. It also comes with a divider if you wish to make more sections. It’s really easy for my 5 year old to unclip and do up again.
Fast shipping as well! Loved our order. Would love a hot food jar too for the winter months.
I wanted to love this lunch box so much! The new latches and larger size looked perfect however my 5 and 7 year olds really struggle to close the latches independently. Furthermore, the removable silicone seal is fiddly to reposition after each wash and has stretched heaps. I thought I’d cheat by leaving it in occasionally but now the seal is full of mould :(

What ages are MontiiCo bottles and cups suitable for?
MontiiCo Original Bottles
Our original bottles have a wide mouth opening (4.7cm) which is perfect for popping icecubes in to keep your drink uber frosty! It does mean that younger children might need supervision while using their MontiiCo bottle though, or while they adjust to the wider opening – in case of spills. The screw top lid is easy to open and close, thanks to the cool handle that gives a little bit more leverage. We recommend Montii Original bottles for Children aged 4 and up. (And adults of course!)
MontiiCo Mini Bottles
Our Mini Drink Bottles come with our new Sports Lid 2.0, which are certified as suitable for all for ages including under 3s!
MontiiCo Smoothie Cups
Original Smoothie cups come with a stainless steel straw and are suitable for most ages, however we do recommend that an adult fills the cup and ensures the lid is shut tight!
Mini Smoothie Cups come with a stainless steel straw and a silicone stopper straw included which makes them suitable for little teeth!

Insulated Tumblers are suitable for carbonated drinks and the stainless steel straw makes them suitable for most ages.
Do MontiiCo bottles and cups leave condensation marks?
Our bottles and cups are double walled – meaning NO condensation forms on the outside of the bottle. None. Zilch. Nada. No need for a coaster on your desk, no damp inside your handbag – and best of all – no drips on your shirt while you swig from Montii on your way to the beach!
Are MontiiCo bottles suitable for hot drinks?
All of our drink bottles are double-walled, vacuum insulated (also known as thermally insulated), meaning they are suitable for hot and cold drinks – perfect for year round use. The wide mouth opening does mean you need to be EXTRA careful with hot liquids.
MontiiCo bottles provide 12 hours of warming. Some tips to get max warming:
Pre warm the bottle just prior to use with boiling water. Attach lid and let stand for 10 minutes, then empty
After pre warming, fill your bottle, and replace lid for maximum insulation efficiency
Keep lid in place as much as possible to keep your beverage warm
WARNING: Always exercise caution with hot beverages to avoid burns and scalds. Wide mouth bottles are NOT recommended for use to serve hot beverages to children.
What are MontiiCo bottles and cups made from?
MontiiCo bottles are made from Stainless Steel (18/8 and 304), with a kid safe, scratch and dent resistant finish. Our original lid is also Stainless Steel, with an engraved bamboo topper and small silicone ring to ensure a water-tight seal.
Our sports lid 2.0, sipper lid and free pour lids are made from BPA-free polypropylene (pp#5).
The MontiiCo smoothie cups are made from Stainless Steel (18/8 and 304), with the same kid safe, scratch and dent resistant finish. The lid on our smoothie cups has a BPA-free polypropylene (pp#5) inner.
Do MontiiCo bottles and cups come with a warranty?
Our products are constructed with durable, long-lasting materials to ensure a consistent high level of quality.
Our products have a manufacturer's warranty of six months. This covers any manufacturing defects such as issues with parts or materials, with proof of purchase. Wear and tear, and care issues including ripping, spills, mould and stains (i.e issues NOT caused by a fault in the manufacturing process) are not covered under manufacturer warranty.
If you find your product has a manufacturing fault, please complete this form as soon as possible, so we can work with you to find a resolution. We want you to love your MontiICo & Lunch Punch products and pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our customers!
We may ask that you return your items so that we can conduct a thorough investigation before a replacement/refund is given.
How do I wash my MontiiCo bottles and cups?
Wash and rinse bottle thoroughly before first use, and after each use. Hand washing is recommended for best results.
Our Bottles and Cups are dishwasher safe to 70°C, excluding the bamboo lid. Our sports lid 2.0, sipper lid 2.0 and free pour lids are top-shelf dishwasher safe.
Please refer to the cleaning instructions on your MontiiCo product packaging. Older Bottles and Cups may not be made with our dishwasher safe paint and will not be suitable for the dishwasher - this can damage the finish and void your warranty. If you are unsure of whether or not your product is dishwasher safe - please get in touch before washing so that we can advise.
Bamboo is a renewable natural product, there will always be natural variations in colour, tone and grain ensuring no two MontiiCo bottle lids look exactly the same.
NEVER put the bamboo lid in the dishwasher. Putting your bamboo lid in the dishwasher WILL damage the finish and void your warranty. Hand wash only and always air dry thoroughly.
How do I store my MontiiCo bottles and cups?
Always store your MontiiCo bottles and cups empty, and completely dry inside. We recommend storing your empty bottles without the lid affixed.
Do I have rust stains on my bottle?
All MontiiCo products are made from 18/8 food-grade stainless steel. This food-grade stainless steel is highly rust resistant, as well as safe, durable and BPA-free. Sometimes marks can be left behind from the electropolishing process which smooths the surface of the metal as electrolytes left on the surface can turn a rust colour, but this is perfectly normal and harmless.
To remove residue, we recommend that you leave your bottle/cup/food jar to soak overnight with hot water and baking soda or white vinegar. After soaking, give your bottle/cup/food jar a really good scrub using a bottle brush or a scouring pad. Let us know how you get on after trying this method!
Why is my insulated bottle rattling?
If you hear a rattle in your bottle, it can be one of two things: either the weld (or a piece of it) that retains the integrity of the vacuum space has become dislodged and is now rattling in the space between the double wall insulation, or a small piece of metal called the “getter” has broken free and is now moving about freely at the base of your bottle. You can continue to use your bottle normally, it is still completely safe.
Both of these components have their respective functions within the internal walls of the bottle. A loose getter will not affect the insulation properties of the bottle whereas a broken weld or piece of it can potentially render the insulation useless because the vacuum seal can be compromised.
To check if the vacuum seal is still in tact, first ensure your bottle is completely empty and dry, then place you ear next to the opening and listen for a humming sound. If you can hear it, your seal is still in tact!

What do you consider normal wear and tear?
With normal wear and tear and daily use, paint can chip as a result of abrasion, scratching and impact (i.e. bottles falling out of a bag, etc.) The paint MontiiCo uses is an acrylic-based that is lead free, BPA-free and free from toxic chemicals.
If paint is flaking or peeling off, please submit a warranty claim and we'll investigate the issue.
To reduce wear and tear and prolong the life of your MontiiCo bottles and cups, we recommend hand washing painted bottles with mild, biodegradable detergent. The high water pressure and temperature in dishwashers can cause painted bottles to chip over time.
What does insulated mean?
To make an Insulated MontiiCo bottle, we first construct an inner and outer bottle, which are sealed together and welded shut to be completely air-tight. Then the bottle is connected to a high-power vacuum pump which removes all the air from the gap in between the inner and outer bottle. Since there’s nothing to conduct heat across the gap, vacuum insulation is more effective than foam or other common insulating materials like Styrofoam, a derivative of plastic. Vacuum insulation works so well, it is the technology of choice for cryogenic storage tanks and other high-performance insulating vessels. Our vacuum insulated bottle can keep your beverages hot or cold for hours and hours.
Why does my MontiiCo bottle have a metallic taste?
MontiiCo products are made from durable 18/8 stainless steel. The stainless steel that we use to manufacture our products is the same grade that is used most commonly in the food, beer and wine industries because it is easy to clean, durable, and does not impart flavours or leach chemicals into the beverage contents.
If you have a metal allergy or sensitive palate, you may detect a metallic taste. Please let us know what product and cap you’re using – sometimes swapping out the lid to a Sports lid is a great solution, since those caps are Polypropylene and create a barrier between your mouth and the bottle itself.
We also recommend soaking your bottle overnight with hot water and baking soda. Follow the soak with a good scrub using a bottle brush or the abrasive side of a dish scouring pad aided by a wooden spoon or other kitchen utensil for leverage. This usually works to remove any lingering tastes/ residues.
Can I put my MontiiCo bottle in the freezer?

I dropped my MontiiCo bottle and dented it. Is there any way to get the dents out?
MontiiCo products are made of durable 18/8 stainless steel. Unfortunately, they can dent when dropped. Our warranty covers manufacturer's defects only, not damage caused by using or dropping your bottle.
Even if you've dented your bottle, it's still totally safe to continue to use. With no plastic liner on the inside, a dent, no matter how large, will not change the composition of the metal nor make it unsafe.

Once we confirm the item is still in brand new condition, a credit for the item’s value less our restocking fee will be added to your account on our website for you to purchase an exchange. Postage costs associated with returning and receiving the new item, and the item price difference, are wholly the customers. We do not refund for change of mind.

Super disappointed in the free pour lid. This lid broke with in 1 week of purchase. not very sturdy for little tikes. I would only purchase the sports lid for these bottles.

What ages are MontiiCo bottles and cups suitable for?
MontiiCo Original Bottles
Our original bottles have a wide mouth opening (4.7cm) which is perfect for popping icecubes in to keep your drink uber frosty! It does mean that younger children might need supervision while using their MontiiCo bottle though, or while they adjust to the wider opening – in case of spills. The screw top lid is easy to open and close, thanks to the cool handle that gives a little bit more leverage. We recommend Montii Original bottles for Children aged 4 and up. (And adults of course!)
MontiiCo Mini Bottles
Our Mini Drink Bottles come with our new Sports Lid 2.0, which are certified as suitable for all for ages including under 3s!
MontiiCo Smoothie Cups
Original Smoothie cups come with a stainless steel straw and are suitable for most ages, however we do recommend that an adult fills the cup and ensures the lid is shut tight!
Mini Smoothie Cups come with a stainless steel straw and a silicone stopper straw included which makes them suitable for little teeth!

Insulated Tumblers are suitable for carbonated drinks and the stainless steel straw makes them suitable for most ages.
Do MontiiCo bottles and cups leave condensation marks?
Our bottles and cups are double walled – meaning NO condensation forms on the outside of the bottle. None. Zilch. Nada. No need for a coaster on your desk, no damp inside your handbag – and best of all – no drips on your shirt while you swig from Montii on your way to the beach!
Are MontiiCo bottles suitable for hot drinks?
All of our drink bottles are double-walled, vacuum insulated (also known as thermally insulated), meaning they are suitable for hot and cold drinks – perfect for year round use. The wide mouth opening does mean you need to be EXTRA careful with hot liquids.
MontiiCo bottles provide 12 hours of warming. Some tips to get max warming:
Pre warm the bottle just prior to use with boiling water. Attach lid and let stand for 10 minutes, then empty
After pre warming, fill your bottle, and replace lid for maximum insulation efficiency
Keep lid in place as much as possible to keep your beverage warm
WARNING: Always exercise caution with hot beverages to avoid burns and scalds. Wide mouth bottles are NOT recommended for use to serve hot beverages to children.
What are MontiiCo bottles and cups made from?
MontiiCo bottles are made from Stainless Steel (18/8 and 304), with a kid safe, scratch and dent resistant finish. Our original lid is also Stainless Steel, with an engraved bamboo topper and small silicone ring to ensure a water-tight seal.
Our sports lid 2.0, sipper lid and free pour lids are made from BPA-free polypropylene (pp#5).
The MontiiCo smoothie cups are made from Stainless Steel (18/8 and 304), with the same kid safe, scratch and dent resistant finish. The lid on our smoothie cups has a BPA-free polypropylene (pp#5) inner.
Do MontiiCo bottles and cups come with a warranty?
Our products are constructed with durable, long-lasting materials to ensure a consistent high level of quality.
Our products have a manufacturer's warranty of six months. This covers any manufacturing defects such as issues with parts or materials, with proof of purchase. Wear and tear, and care issues including ripping, spills, mould and stains (i.e issues NOT caused by a fault in the manufacturing process) are not covered under manufacturer warranty.
If you find your product has a manufacturing fault, please complete this form as soon as possible, so we can work with you to find a resolution. We want you to love your MontiICo & Lunch Punch products and pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our customers!
We may ask that you return your items so that we can conduct a thorough investigation before a replacement/refund is given.
How do I wash my MontiiCo bottles and cups?
Wash and rinse bottle thoroughly before first use, and after each use. Hand washing is recommended for best results.
Our Bottles and Cups are dishwasher safe to 70°C, excluding the bamboo lid. Our sports lid 2.0, sipper lid 2.0 and free pour lids are top-shelf dishwasher safe.
Please refer to the cleaning instructions on your MontiiCo product packaging. Older Bottles and Cups may not be made with our dishwasher safe paint and will not be suitable for the dishwasher - this can damage the finish and void your warranty. If you are unsure of whether or not your product is dishwasher safe - please get in touch before washing so that we can advise.
Bamboo is a renewable natural product, there will always be natural variations in colour, tone and grain ensuring no two MontiiCo bottle lids look exactly the same.
NEVER put the bamboo lid in the dishwasher. Putting your bamboo lid in the dishwasher WILL damage the finish and void your warranty. Hand wash only and always air dry thoroughly.
How do I store my MontiiCo bottles and cups?
Always store your MontiiCo bottles and cups empty, and completely dry inside. We recommend storing your empty bottles without the lid affixed.
Do I have rust stains on my bottle?
All MontiiCo products are made from 18/8 food-grade stainless steel. This food-grade stainless steel is highly rust resistant, as well as safe, durable and BPA-free. Sometimes marks can be left behind from the electropolishing process which smooths the surface of the metal as electrolytes left on the surface can turn a rust colour, but this is perfectly normal and harmless.
To remove residue, we recommend that you leave your bottle/cup/food jar to soak overnight with hot water and baking soda or white vinegar. After soaking, give your bottle/cup/food jar a really good scrub using a bottle brush or a scouring pad. Let us know how you get on after trying this method!
Why is my insulated bottle rattling?
If you hear a rattle in your bottle, it can be one of two things: either the weld (or a piece of it) that retains the integrity of the vacuum space has become dislodged and is now rattling in the space between the double wall insulation, or a small piece of metal called the “getter” has broken free and is now moving about freely at the base of your bottle. You can continue to use your bottle normally, it is still completely safe.
Both of these components have their respective functions within the internal walls of the bottle. A loose getter will not affect the insulation properties of the bottle whereas a broken weld or piece of it can potentially render the insulation useless because the vacuum seal can be compromised.
To check if the vacuum seal is still in tact, first ensure your bottle is completely empty and dry, then place you ear next to the opening and listen for a humming sound. If you can hear it, your seal is still in tact!

What do you consider normal wear and tear?
With normal wear and tear and daily use, paint can chip as a result of abrasion, scratching and impact (i.e. bottles falling out of a bag, etc.) The paint MontiiCo uses is an acrylic-based that is lead free, BPA-free and free from toxic chemicals.
If paint is flaking or peeling off, please submit a warranty claim and we'll investigate the issue.
To reduce wear and tear and prolong the life of your MontiiCo bottles and cups, we recommend hand washing painted bottles with mild, biodegradable detergent. The high water pressure and temperature in dishwashers can cause painted bottles to chip over time.
What does insulated mean?
To make an Insulated MontiiCo bottle, we first construct an inner and outer bottle, which are sealed together and welded shut to be completely air-tight. Then the bottle is connected to a high-power vacuum pump which removes all the air from the gap in between the inner and outer bottle. Since there’s nothing to conduct heat across the gap, vacuum insulation is more effective than foam or other common insulating materials like Styrofoam, a derivative of plastic. Vacuum insulation works so well, it is the technology of choice for cryogenic storage tanks and other high-performance insulating vessels. Our vacuum insulated bottle can keep your beverages hot or cold for hours and hours.
Why does my MontiiCo bottle have a metallic taste?
MontiiCo products are made from durable 18/8 stainless steel. The stainless steel that we use to manufacture our products is the same grade that is used most commonly in the food, beer and wine industries because it is easy to clean, durable, and does not impart flavours or leach chemicals into the beverage contents.

Super disappointed in the free pour lid. This lid broke with in 1 week of purchase. not very sturdy for little tikes. I would only purchase the sports lid for these bottles.
Works well with the big drink bottle. Opening could be a little larger. Doesn't seem too sturdy but so far so good. Never been disappointed with Montii products.

We post Australia Wide via Courier or Australia Post. Shipping service is dependent on order size and delivery location. Orders sent via courier will require a residential address. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please allow 10 working days for delivery as Australia Post has recently changed their domestic delivery timeframes. If you have any concerns over the status of your parcel, please contact us. Every satchel parcel sent by us is trackable from lodgement to delivery. In the rare circumstance that a parcel is missing, we will launch an investigation with the delivery service to locate it. Investigation times vary by service and the resolution will depend on the report findings.

In the unlikely event your item is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to rectify the situation. All items are checked and cross checked before packing.
If you change your mind on an unwashed and unused item you are welcome to post back for an exchange. Once we confirm the item is still in brand new condition, a credit for the item’s value less our restocking fee will be added to your account on our website for you to purchase an exchange. Postage costs associated with returning and receiving the new item, and the item price difference, are wholly the customers. We do not refund for change of mind.
Faulty or incorrect goods are welcomed to be returned for a replacement. Please contact us for details on how to exchange. We have our own returns portal where we can cover the return postage in this instance.

While we endeavour to respond to you within 1 business day, sometimes our warehouse has already fulfilled your order as they begin packing orders at 6am daily. We are unable to cancel those orders that have been fulfilled and dispatched.
Alternatively, if your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel your order and issue a gift card for the full order amount and this is valid for 3 years.

The new silicon tip is much more comfortable and the handle is better than the original, however the new style seal/vent keeps falling out inside the bottle and emptying the contents. Has happened on both of our new lids now.
