How do you decide which orders to pack first?

We prioritise Express Shipping orders and warranty replacements first.

International orders take a little longer due to customs paperwork, so we’ve got a specialised afternoon crew dedicated to those.

After that, we work through orders in the order they were placed - batching them by size so our warehouse team can keep things moving smoothly.

Please note: orders containing a pre-order item will be held and shipped together once all items are available.

When will my order be packed?

Check the table above for our current packing progress - we update it daily so you’ll always know where we’re up to.

Need your order sooner? You can upgrade to Express Shipping. 

Just pop your order number in at checkout, and we’ll move your order to the Express queue.

How will I know when my order is packed?

As soon as your order’s been packed and is ready to head out, you’ll receive a “Your order has shipped” email with all your tracking details included.

Keep an eye on your inbox (and don’t forget to check your spam or promotions folder, just in case it sneaks in there).

Can I edit my order?

Yes! You can make changes using the Edit Order button in your confirmation email, within 24 hours of placing your order.

After that window (especially during sale periods), unfortunately we can’t process order edits as orders move quickly into our packing system.

Can I combine my orders?

Sorry, we’re not able to combine orders during high-volume sale periods - it slows down the process for everyone.

We promise we’re working hard to get all your goodies out as quickly as possible!

I need my order urgently, how can I jump the queue?

If you need it fast, you can upgrade to Express Shipping.

Enter your order number at checkout so we know which order to move into the Express queue.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You cancel your order using the Edit Order button in your confirmation email, within 24 hours of placing your order.

After that window, unfortunately we can’t process order cancellations.

How long will delivery take?

We ship from Coomera, QLD, using Australia Post and TGE, depending on which carrier offers the fastest route, and most competitive pricing.

Our warehouse system automatically chooses the best option based on your location.

Once dispatched, please refer to the carrier’s website for the most up-to-date delivery estimates.

Ever wondered what’s happening behind the scenes while your order’s getting packed

Here’s a peek into the organised chaos that keeps Montii HQ running during Hotter Than Black Friday!

We go BIG for Black Friday 💪

During our BFCM sale, our warehouse crew grows from 7 to 50  - it’s all hands on deck!

Our usual school-hours team switches gears and expands to two shifts running 7am–7pm, with more than 20 team members working each shift.

It’s a huge team effort, and every shift is focussed on getting your orders packed, checked, and on their way as quickly as possible.

Forklift Queens 👑

Did you know that 5 of the women (and one man) in our permanent warehouse crew are licensed forklift operators?


They trained up with us and now run the floor like absolute bosses - and we’re so impressed with their skills. 

During the sale, we’ve got two forklifts running almost non-stop, shuffling pallets and restocking as fast as orders fly out the door. It’s a real-life game of Tetris.

Mountains of Montii 📦

Last year during our Black Friday event we packed over 213,000 items, which adds up to over 50,000 kilograms of parcels. 

That's roughly the weight of 35 years of weekly grocery shops for an average family.

It’s a massive effort, and our team is nothing short of superhuman. 💥

We split our crew into three main squads:

Pickers -The crew that zips through the aisles collecting every item for your order.

Packers - the detail pros who scan and double-check every product before boxing it up with care.

Restockers - the behind-the-scenes heroes keeping the shelves full.

All of this action is carefully coordinated by our warehouse manager and team leaders, who keep everything (and everyone!) moving smoothly from shelf to send-off.

This two-step system means two sets of eyes on every order before it leaves the warehouse - helping us keep mistakes to an absolute minimum. ✅
