What is the best way to clean my MontiiCo Lunch Box?
We’ve made it as easy as possible—because no one has time for tricky cleaning routines! All MontiiCo lunch boxes are top-rack dishwasher safe, but we recommend using a cool or eco cycle (under 45°C) to keep them in great shape long term. If you prefer to hand-wash, a soft brush and gentle dish soap will do the trick.

How to ensure my MontiiCo Lunch Box stays leak proof?
A little TLC goes a long way! To keep your lunch box leak-proof:
1. Only pack thicker foods like yoghurt or dips—avoid thin liquids.
2. Make sure food doesn’t sit above the compartment walls (a 5mm gap is ideal).
3. Press down on the lid after closing the latch to engage the silicone seal properly.
4. Keep your lunch box clean and dry—check the silicone seal for any trapped food or wear.

Are MontiiCo Lunch Boxes Freezer safe?
We don’t recommend it. Freezing your lunch box may cause the materials to warp or become brittle over time. It’s best to refrigerate your packed lunch overnight and add an Ice Pack to keep it cool on the go.
