Which product are you contacting us about?

All MontiiCo Lunch boxes are covered by a 12 month Manufacturers Warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage occurred by general wear and tear.  

In special situations, we will investigate products outside of the warranty periods.

Having touble with your Multiway lid? Try these handy tips:

As the Multiway lids and inserts are made from Food Grade Platinum Silicone they do not have a fastening clip like our regular bento boxes. To enable the desired seal all you need to do is place the lunch box onto the kitchen bench or another firm surface, position the lid onto the lunch box and push down slightly in the centre of the lid to release any excess air. This should make a slight whoosh sound. After the air has been released run your fingers back along the outer rim of the lid to reinforce the lid closure.
