MontiiCo Warranty

We’re all about quality you can rely on, day in and day out. Every MontiiCo product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, because when you’re juggling school runs, snacks, and spills, the last thing you need is a product that doesn’t keep up.

Warranties are valid for the original owner with proof of purchase.

Warranty Periods

Lunch Boxes
12 months from the date of purchase

Fusion Complete
12 months from the date of purchase

Please note: Fusion "Made For You" warranty is 6 months from date of purchase

All other MontiiCo and Lunch Punch products
6 months from the date of purchase

What's Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only — issues caused by parts, materials, or workmanship (not everyday use).

Examples of covered defects include:

• Cracks, chips, or warping on arrival

• Faulty or leaking seals

• Printing or finishing defects on arrival

• Material faults or surface imperfections on arrival

• Functional or structural issues (e.g insulation, rattling)

What's Not Covered

Some issues are part of everyday life and aren’t covered under warranty. These include:

• Normal wear and tear (fading, scratches, stains, mould, discolouration, worn fabrics)

• Accidental damage, misuse, or drops

• Freezing Classic drinkware (this affects the insulation)

• Lost parts or incorrect assembly

• Care issues (e.g. dishwasher use on hand-wash-only items, or machine washing fabrics not designed for it)

• Free products (community challenges, gifts with purchase etc.)

Repairs and Spare Parts

If your product has a fault covered by warranty, we’ll work out the most suitable fix:

• A refund (if unable to replace or deem appropriate)

• A spare part replacement (e.g. lid, seal, straw)

• A full product replacement if necessary

In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned so our team can investigate before confirming a refund or replacement.

How to Place a Warranty Claim

Step 1: Check your warranty timeframe.

Confirm your product is still within its coverage period (6–12 months from purchase).

Step 2: Find your proof of purchase

You’ll need your receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase.

Step 3: Take photos or a short video.

Please provide:

• A clear photo of the full product
• A close-up of the issue
• Any visible labels or markings

Step 4: Submit Your Claim

Head to our Customer Service Page and complete the Warranty Claim Form. Include your details, proof of purchase, and photos or video.

Step 5: We’ll review and respond

Our team will review your claim and get back to you within 1–2 business days (this may be slightly longer during peak or sale periods). If your product is covered, we’ll organise the most suitable solution — whether that’s a refund, partial credit, part replacement, or product replacement.
