We offer local pick up service from Montii HQ located on the northern Gold Coast.
Select Pick Up during check out and we will provide all the necessary information in your confirmation email.
CLICK & COLLECT HOURS
We're offering extended click & collect hours from Thursday, 28th May to Thursday, 11th June.
Once you receive notification your order is ready for pick up, you can collect: Mon - Fri 7am -7pm (AEST) or Sat 30th May, & Sat 6th June - 7am-3pm (AEST).

There is limited visitor parking in the complex as well as plenty of on street parking.
Please ensure you park in an allocated space and not in front of the warehouse or driveway for safety reasons.
Yes, you can. All we require is your surname and order number for collection.
All requests for returns and exchanges must be processed by our customer service team at montii.co/support. Further instructions will be provided by the CS team.
Due to our high volume of orders, unfortunately we do not offer same day collection at this time. Generally all Click & Collect orders will be processed by the following business day.
You will receive an email notification once your order is ready.
