All of our Insulated Lunch Bags include a perfectly sized ice pack with its own water-resistant cover, so you’re set to keep food fresh and cool straight away.
Our Insulated Totes and Carriers don’t include an ice pack, but you can easily add one from our range if you’d like extra cooling power.

How long do your Lunch Bags stay cool for?
Each Large Lunch Bag comes with our best-selling ice pack and a high-quality insulated lining. Together, they’ll keep your food fresh and cool for up to 8 hours – perfect for busy school days or long adventures.
Our Medium Lunch Bags include a slightly smaller ice pack, designed to keep lunches chilled for up to 6 hours.
Our Mini Lunch Bags include a small ice pack, keeping snacks and smaller meals cool for up to 4 hours.

Is There a dedicated Ice Pack Pocket in all Insulated Lunch Bags & Lunch Carriers?
Yes – every MontiiCo Insulated Lunch Bag & Lunch Carrier comes with its own dedicated ice pack pocket. This keeps the ice pack separate, secure, and helps maximise cooling power throughout the bag.

How many sizes do MontiiCo Lunch Bags come in?
Our Insulated Lunch Bag range comes in three sizes:

• Mini – perfect for little appetites or snacks on the go.
• Medium – the perfect in-between size for pre-schoolers, smaller eaters, or those packing a single lunch box.
• Large- Our most popular size! Extra roomy and large enough to fit most popular Bento Boxes, making it ideal for big appetites or all-day adventures.

How do I label my Lunch Bag?
All MontiiCo Insulated Lunch Bags come with a sewn-in name label inside, making it easy to write your child’s name directly on the bag.
Please don’t use iron-on labels, as the heat can damage the foam lining. If you’d prefer not to write inside the bag, a bag tag that clips on is a great way to personalise it and help your child spot their bag easily.
MontiiCo Lunch Carriers do not include a sewn-in name label.

Can the Lunch Bag fit inside the Backpack?
Yes – our Insulated Lunch Bags fit comfortably inside MontiiCo Backpacks, with plenty of room left over for books, a drink bottle and other school essentials.

What is the best way to clean my MontiiCo Insulated Lunch Bag & Lunch Carrier?
Keeping your MontiiCo Lunch Bag clean helps it last longer and stay looking fresh. Good news—our bags are machine washable, so cleaning couldn’t be easier! Just remember:

• Wash them solo in cold water on a gentle, longer cycle (quick cycles with strong spins can be a bit rough).
• Use a regular detergent, but skip fabric softeners, stain removers, bleach, soaking, or ironing—these can damage or discolour your bag.

Got a stubborn stain? Mix a little laundry powder with water to form a paste, gently brush it onto the stain, let it sit for 15–20 minutes, then pop the bag in the wash as usual. For exact care specifications, check the “Nitty Gritty” tab on each product listing.

How do I care for my Insulated Lunch Bag & Lunch Carrier?
To keep your MontiiCo Lunch Bag in top shape, we recommend unpacking it as soon as you’re done using it. Wipe down the inside with a damp cloth to remove any crumbs or spills, and don’t forget to take the ice pack out too.
If a spill happens, try to clean it up as quickly as possible – the sooner you tackle it, the easier it’ll be to keep your bag fresh and ready for the next day.

How to ensure my MontiiCo Lunch Bag stays cool?
For the best cooling power, freeze your MontiiCo ice pack flat overnight and place it into the dedicated pocket inside your Lunch Bag before packing food. This keeps the ice pack separate from food, reducing condensation while keeping everything chilled.

Do you offer replacement parts for MontiiCo Lunch Bags?
Yes! We’ve made it easy to refresh your bag without replacing the whole thing.

• Ice Packs – Available separately, each comes with its own water-resistant cover. Perfect if you need a spare or want extras to rotate.
• Lunch Carrier Straps – Replacement straps are also available so you can keep your carrier in top shape.

Does the Lunch Bag fabric have a coating applied to it?
Yes – after years of testing, we selected a water-resistant coating for our Lunch Bags that meets strict food safety standards. This special finish makes the bags easier to clean and helps them dry quickly.
To prevent mould, always ensure your Lunch Bag is completely dry before storing it in a well-ventilated area, away from dark or damp places.

What’s covered under warranty?
Our warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects so if something isn’t working as it should, we’ll replace the faulty part or the whole product. Everyday wear and tear, accidental damage, mould, or issues caused by not following care instructions aren’t covered.
