Our Backpack range comes in two sizes:

Mini Backpack – just right for daycare, preschool, or little adventures.

Large Backpack – roomy enough for school days, sports, and everything in between.

Which Backpack is best for school vs. daycare/preschool?
For daycare and preschool, the Mini Backpack is the perfect size—lightweight, comfy, and easy for little ones to carry.

For school-aged kids (or bigger loads), the Large Backpack has plenty of room for books, lunch bags, swimmers, and a laptop, with space to spare for all their daily essentials.

Can MontiiCo Backpacks fit a Lunch Bag inside?
Yes! Both Backpack sizes are designed to fit our Insulated Lunch Bag range.

Do MontiiCo Backpacks have a laptop sleeve?
Yes! Our Large Backpacks feature a padded internal laptop pocket, perfect for keeping your device safe on the go.

The Mini Backpack doesn’t include a laptop sleeve, as it’s designed for younger children and smaller loads.

Do MontiiCo Backpacks have a drink bottle holder?
Yes! All MontiiCo Backpacks include large side pockets designed to securely hold your drink bottle.

How do I label my Backpack?
All MontiiCo Backpacks come with a sewn-in name label inside, making it easy to write your child’s name directly on the bag.

Is a carabiner or keychain loop included?
Yes! Every MontiiCo Backpack includes a carabiner, so you can easily attach keychains, bag tags, or accessories.

You’ll also find a fabric loop inside the front pocket, perfect for holding keys or clipping on extras.

Are MontiiCo Backpacks machine washable?
Yes! Simply pop your Backpack into a cold, gentle cycle on its own.

Skip bleach, fabric softener, or soaking, and let it air dry completely—never tumble dry.

Got a stubborn stain? Mix a little laundry powder with water to form a paste, gently brush it onto the stain, let it sit for 15–20 minutes, then pop the bag in the wash as usual. For exact care specifications, check the “Nitty Gritty” tab on each product listing.

What’s the best way to clean and store my Backpack?
To keep your Backpack fresh:

Clean with a cold, gentle machine wash when needed.

Air dry fully before reusing or storing.

Store with zips undone and pockets open so air can circulate and prevent odours.

Are the straps adjustable and padded for comfort?
Absolutely! Both sizes have padded shoulder straps and an adjustable chest strap, designed to spread weight evenly and keep kids comfy all day.

Do you offer replacement parts for MontiiCo Backpacks?
At this stage, we don’t offer replacement parts for our Backpacks.

Do MontiiCo Backpacks come with a warranty?
Yes! All MontiiCo Backpacks come with a minimum 6-month manufacturer’s warranty.

What’s covered under warranty?
Our warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects so if something isn’t working as it should, we’ll replace the faulty part or the whole product.

Everyday wear and tear, accidental damage, mould, or issues caused by not following care instructions aren’t covered.
