Terms and Conditions for the MontiiCo End of Financial Year Sale 2024
-The EOFY Sale will be available for all customers from 10:00am (AEST) on Tuesday the 14th of May, while stocks last.
-Discount codes including welcome offer & affiliate codes do not apply to sale items and EOFY bundles.
-You can use a gift card as payment
-Due to the large volume of orders during our sale period, it may take up to 10 business days for orders to be packed and dispatched with Australia Post. We recommend upgrading to our Express Dispatch and Shipping service if you need your order ASAP!
-International Shipping to selected locations is available over our EOFY sale period. Please check out shipping and returns page for more info.
-Sale pricing applies to completed online orders only. Items in your cart aren't guaranteed until checkout.
-Discounted prices are valid while listed online only. No price adjustments can be made for previous or future purchases.
-Items received as a free gift are not eligible for a refund.
-No refunds will be granted if a code is not applied correctly or if promotional terms aren’t met.
-Items returned for change of mind that were discounted over 50% will be refunded as a credit note (valid for 3 years) instead of cash.
EOFY Sale FAQ
Can I use a discount code?
During our EOFY sale, discount codes will not apply to sale items or bundles. Discounts can be applied to non-sale items. Gift cards are still valid too!
How do I know if my order went through?
You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you can't find it.
In the chance that the email is lost in the wild wild web, check your payment account to look for a corresponding purchase transaction. We also have a friendly Support Team available to assist you via email - support@montii.co
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed quickly, but due to high sales volume, please allow up to 10 business days for processing and delivery. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Can I change or add to my order?
Unfortunately not. Due to the high volume of orders placed during sale periods, we can't change or combine orders once placed. Make sure you double-check your cart before checking out!
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been fulfilled by the time our customer service team are online, please get in touch with us so we can cancel your order for you. Please note our Customer Service Team hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 2:30pm.
What happens if my item is out of stock?
You'll be refunded for the out-of-stock item and the rest of your order will ship normally.
Will I get a free gift?
Only the first 500 orders to submit their order will be eligible to receive the free gift. This free gift will show on your order confirmation.
Are there any limits on what I can order?
To ensure everyone gets a chance to enjoy our EOFY sale, we've placed a limit on certain items. For bundles and tote bags, you can only order up to 3 per order. Any extra items will be refunded, and may risk your order being canceled. Additional limits may apply to any amounts deemed to be of wholesale quantity.
When can I collect my order?
Click and collect is available at checkout and orders can be collected from our Coomera warehouse. We will be running extended hours over the break including late night Thursday and Saturday morning for two weeks around the sale period. The warehouse processes orders by time received, so please wait for your collection notification before coming to pick up your order. Multiple orders might not be available for collection on the same day.
Can I return my sale purchase?
In the unlikely event your item is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 5 days and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
We gladly accept all returns resulting from a change of mind, and we offer the option of online store credit or issuing a refund*. Please note clearance items are NOT eligible for change of mind returns. Clearance items are clearly marked.
You have 30 days from the day you place your order to initiate a return for credit request through our returns portal. The item must be in its original sale condition, with all tags attached. Return shipping for any change of mind returns is your responsibility
*Refunds are made to your original payment method, with a deduction for our restocking fee.
What is a clearance item?
Clearance items are discontinued and overstocked items that are heavily discounted in our EOFY sale. These items are clearly marked ‘Clearance’ on the product title and product description. Please check your cart carefully to review your selections.
These clearance items are NOT eligible for change of mind returns. Clearance items will not be restocked during the sale period so if you want ‘em, get in quick!
To give all our customers a chance to shop the sale, there are some limits on the number of Clearance items you can purchase. These maximum quantities are listed on the clearance item’s description.
