Terms and Conditions for the MontiiCo EOFY Sale 2026

Our End of Financial Year Sale will be available for all customers from 10:00am AEST on Thursday 28 May 2026. Members of our Facebook Group will have early access from 9:00am AEST with a password shared in the group. The site will be closed from 5:00am AEST while we prepare for the sale.
The sale runs across two weeks:
EOFY Sale: 28 May – 11 June 2026 or while stocks last.

Discount codes including welcome offer, Klaviyo VIP codes, and affiliate codes do not apply to products discounted in the sale collection. Welcome and VIP codes remain valid on full-price products during the sale period. Sale-specific promotional codes may be offered. You can still use a gift card as payment.

Due to the large volume of orders during our sale period, it may take up to 10 business days for orders to be packed and dispatched. We post via Courier or Australia Post depending on order size and delivery location. If you have a preference, please leave us a note at checkout. We recommend upgrading to our Express Dispatch and Shipping service if you need your order sooner.

International shipping is available to New Zealand only over our EOFY sale period at no change to standard shipping prices. Please check our shipping and returns page for more info. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $149.

To give all our customers a chance to shop the EOFY sale, there are some limits on the number of items purchased. If your order is flagged as containing commercial quantities, your order may be cancelled and refunded. Items purchased are not for resale by stockists or wholesalers.

Sale pricing applies to completed online orders only. Items in your cart aren't guaranteed until checkout.

Discounted prices are valid while listed online only. No price adjustments can be made for previous or future purchases.

A free gift will be included with orders over $129 AUD before shipping, while stocks last. The free gift will appear on your order confirmation. Free gifts are per transaction and may not be added by editing your original order to reach the $129 threshold. The gift with purchase item is at MontiiCo's discretion and may change due to stock availability. Free gift items are not eligible for warranty claims.

Items received as a free gift are not eligible for a refund. If you wish to return your sale order, the full RRP of the free gift will be deducted from your refund if the free gift is not also returned.

Items returned for change of mind that were discounted over 50% will be refunded as a credit note (valid for 3 years) instead of cash.

Can I use a discount code?
During our EOFY sale, discount codes do not apply to products in the sale collection. Welcome and Klaviyo VIP codes remain valid on full-price products, so save them for those! EOFY-specific promotional codes may be offered during the sale. Gift cards are still valid on all orders. -
How do I know if my order went through?
You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you can't find it. In the chance that the email is lost in the wild wild web, check your payment account to look for a corresponding purchase transaction. When will I get my order?
Orders are processed quickly, but due to high sales volume, please allow up to 10 business days for processing and delivery. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. -
Can I change or add to my order?
You have the option to edit your order yourself within 3 hours of placing your order. You can do this via your order confirmation email.Our warehouse team will begin packing orders once this edit window has lifted. We'll do our best to accommodate requests that come through outside of this window, but this depends on the status of your order. Due to high order volumes, we also can't guarantee stock availability at the time of any edit. Make sure you double-check your cart before checking out!

Can I cancel my order?
You can edit or cancel your order yourself within 4 hours of placing it via the order edit link in your confirmation email. Outside of this window, if your order has not yet been fulfilled, please get in touch with us at support@montii.co as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Please note this is subject to the status of your order at the time of your request. Our customer service team hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:00pm AEST. Requests are processed in order of receipt.Order cancellations for change of mind will be processed as a store credit for the full purchase amount. A refund to your original payment method is available upon request and will incur a 5% restocking and administration fee.

Can I combine shipping for multiple orders?
Unfortunately we will not be able to combine orders during this sale period. If you wish to edit or amend your order, you can do so via the order edit link in your confirmation email. -
What happens if my item is out of stock?
Our system automatically updates product availability as stock decreases. Occasionally, multiple orders come through just before stock is depleted, and when we pick your order we may find it's no longer in the warehouse. If this happens, we'll reach out and offer the following options:
1. We can process a refund for the item/s back to your original payment method.
2. We can issue you a gift card for the amount of the item.
3. You can choose an alternate colour/style from the closest possible stock available. Please note this is at the discretion of MontiiCo and if an alternate item can not be found then either a refund or gift card will be issued. -
Will I get a free gift?

Are there any limits on what I can order?
To ensure everyone gets a chance to enjoy the sale, limits apply to certain items. Any order flagged as containing commercial or wholesale quantities may be cancelled. Additional limits may apply to clearance items and will be listed on individual product pages. -
When can I collect my order?
Click and collect is available at checkout and orders can be collected from our Coomera warehouse. Extended collection hours will be available during the sale period and will be confirmed on our website and in your order confirmation email. Please wait for your collection notification before heading in, as the warehouse processes orders in the order they're received. Multiple orders may not be available for collection on the same day. -
Can I return my sale purchase?
In the unlikely event your item is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 5 days and we'll do our best to make it right.We gladly accept change of mind returns and offer the option of a store credit (full purchase amount) or a refund to your original payment method (less a 5% restocking fee). Please note clearance items are not eligible for change of mind returns. Clearance items are clearly marked on product listings.
You have 30 days from the date your order is placed to initiate a return by contacting our customer service team. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping for change of mind returns is your responsibility.
Items returned for change of mind that were discounted over 50% will be refunded as a credit note valid for 3 years, rather than cash.

What is a clearance item?
Clearance items are discontinued or overstocked products that are heavily discounted during our EOFY sale. These items are clearly marked as 'Clearance' on the product title and description. Please check your cart carefully before checking out.Clearance items are not eligible for change of mind returns or refunds.
To give all customers a chance to shop the sale, purchase limits apply to clearance items. Maximum quantities are listed on each clearance product page.
If an order is cancelled due to exceeding quantity limits or being flagged as commercial quantities, the additional items will be returned to stock and may become available again on the site in very limited quantities while stocks last.
