A MontiiCo cult favourite — we've sold over 400,000 ice packs and they continue to sell out over and over again. Still frozen at pickup. Still cold at dinner. Surviving Australian summers that have no right being that brutal.

This is our aluminium version. Same food-safe gel inside, all-day cold performance, machine washable cover. The difference is on the outside — a firmer aluminium shell that seals tighter and gives you a tough, wipe-clean outer that's ready to go again tomorrow.

Pairs perfectly with our Large Lunch Bags, and it's a great option if you want an alternative to the nylon outer, or if you're after a spare to keep rotating so there's always one frozen and ready to go.

Freeze it flat, pop it in, and let it do its thing.

Care & Warranty:
Freeze the ice pack flat and without its black outer fabric cover.
Remove any frozen residue on the outside of the ice pack before placing it in the cover/bag.
Always place the included ice pack inside the black fabric ice pack cover before using it inside the lunch bag.

6 month manufacturers warranty.

We post daily Monday to Friday and dispatch orders next business day, except for new releases, sales and public holidays where it might take us a little bit longer.

Best.Icepack.Ever!!!

Love these aluminium ice packs! They freeZe past, stay frozen and cold for hours, are durable enough to withstand the school bag soccer and they are easy to keep clean with just a wipe and wash of the condensation cover!

The Ice Pack Glow-Up - Lunchbox Level: Expert

I recently tried the new aluminium ice packs from MontiiCo and I am honestly so impressed (unsurprisingly)! 😊

These are a very clever and functional upgrade to their existing black nylon-covered ice packs. Not only do they freeze faster and stay colder for longer, but they fit perfectly into the existing large black fabric ice pack covers — which is such a thoughtful design detail if you already own MontiiCo products!

In comparison to the original nylon-covered design, these are noticeably better when it comes to condensation. There’s far less moisture as they defrost, which means no more wet, soggy-feeling lunch bags at the end of the day.

They’re slim, lightweight, and sit beautifully flat in lunch boxes without the bulky, awkward shape you usually get with traditional ice packs. They’re also much easier to wipe clean, and incredibly easy to label with your child’s name — something I didn’t realise I’d appreciate so much until I had them.

They feel premium, durable, and thoughtfully designed — exactly what you expect from MontiiCo.

They have a really premium look, feel, and functionality. You can tell this wasn’t just another product added to the range — it’s a genuinely smart upgrade on something we all use daily.

If you pack lunches, picnic, travel, or use cooler bags, these are absolutely worth it. Another MontiiCo product that just makes life easier.

The original icepack design has been an essential for my children's lunchboxes and weekend sport for years and this new edition did not disappoint!

The new aluminium icepack is still frozen and cold at the end of the day and that's after it's been sitting in a backpack in Far North Queensland conditions all day. Food stays cold and fresh all day! Love!
