Such a classy looking bag. Really good quality. Nice and big. Love it!

So far so good, but customer service spoiled the overall impression

So far so good.Good quality, generous size, I can fit everything I wanted. Love the strap.Delivery was very, very long!45 minutes drive from my place, took 2 weeks to arrive. Tried to change it to pick up option and there was 24 h window to do so, but no this wasn’t permitted. Got in touch with customer service- no phone, there was chat option but it took ages and in the end it was email. Not my preferred way to communicate and sort everything out promptly.
Overall mixed feelings experience. Definitely customer service spoiled it a lot. I may return if quality stands the test of time.
