Currently we are only shipping internationally to the UK, New Zealand and France. We offer both regular and express shipping for international customers, with shipping rates displayed at checkout, based on the weight and value of your individual order. All international orders are shipped with tracking, using Australia Post.

We post daily Monday to Friday and dispatch orders next business day, except for new releases and sales where it might take us a little bit longer.

Love this cooler bag !

The quality is amazing and the photo online doesn’t really do it any justice . If I had one small critique the handles are a little small and tight to hold in your hand , though there is also a shoulder strap so it really doesn’t affect its use

The Midi Cooler bags can keep food cool for up to 6 hours* when you add our best-selling large ice pack, which fits perfectly at the bottom or in the inside netted pocket. The high-quality lining enhances insulation, ensuring your items stay fresh for as long as possible!

Our lunch bags are machine washable - so it couldn’t be easier to keep them clean! They’re a little shy and need to be washed on their own, in cold water, on a gentle, longer cycle. Fast cycles tend to have a vigorous spin which can damage the lunch bag.
