We pack and ship your goodies as quickly as we can, but during busy times (like big sales) things can move a little slower than usual. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed and delivered.

As soon as your order hits the road, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your front door. 🚚✨

You’ve got a bit of wiggle room if you need to change your mind 🙌

You can edit your order within 24 hours of placing it using the link in your order confirmation email. And yep, you can tweak it more than once in that 24-hour window if you need to.

A few orders are locked in and can’t be edited:

• Express orders
  
• Click & Collect orders
  
• International orders
  

You can also cancel your order within that same 24-hour window through your confirmation email. If your changes mean you need to pay a bit extra, that payment needs to be sorted within 24 hours. Otherwise, your original order will go ahead as normal.

We’ll always try to help if you reach out after the 24 hours, but it really depends how far along your order is. Once it’s been printed by our warehouse team, it’s all systems go and we can’t make any more changes or cancel it.

During busy times (like big promos and sales), stock can sell out super fast, so we can’t promise everything will still be available when you edit. To be safe, give your cart a quick double-check before you hit checkout 🛒✨

They’re applied based on your cart total when you first place your order.

If you edit your order afterwards using the edit link in your confirmation email, we’re not able to:

• Add a free gift if there wasn’t one before, or
  
• Change or upgrade your free gift tier
  

So if you’re aiming for a freebie, make sure your cart is looking just right before you hit checkout – any changes made later won’t add extra gifts, even if your updated total still qualifies.

To keep things fair so everyone gets a chance to snag their faves, we’ve popped some limits on certain sale items.

Here’s the lowdown:

• Some products will have a limit of 3 per order
  
• These will be clearly marked on the product page
  
• This can include Mystery items and products that are running low

If you add more than the limit, any extras will be refunded and in some cases your order may be cancelled.

We may also place extra limits on orders that look like wholesale quantities, just to keep things fair for all Montii lovers.
