We post daily Monday to Friday and dispatch orders next business day, except for new releases and sales where it might take us a little bit longer.
Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order item is in stock. If you would like your other items sent earlier please purchase in two separate transactions, or select split shipping at checkout.

We do not accept change of mind returns on clearance items. Stock of clearance items is very limited and these items will not be restocked - if you want ‘em, don’t wait to order! In the unlikely event your item is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 5 days and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

What happens if an item I've selected is not able to be fullfilled?
If, by chance, the item you've chosen is unavailable, you will be reimbursed for that item, and the remainder of your order will be shipped as normal.

FAQs

Our drink bottle combos are pre-made and selected by the Montii team. Colours will be chosen at random when packing orders, so unfortunately, you won't be able to select a specific colour.

To share the mystery love, we have a maximum limit of 3 bottles per person. If you place multiple orders, any additional mystery bottles will be refunded.

Our Fusion Universal Bases are dishwasher safe to 70°C. Our Fusion Lids, Bumpers & Straps are top-shelf dishwasher safe.
