Can I use a discount code?
During our Black Friday sale, our regular discount codes will not apply. Black Friday specific promotional codes may be offered. Save any discount codes you might have to use after the sale ends! Gift cards are still valid.
How do I know if my order went through?
You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you can't find it.
In the chance that the email is lost in the wild wild web, check your payment account to look for a corresponding purchase transaction. We also have a friendly Support Team available to assist you via email - support@montii.co
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed quickly, but due to high sales volume, please allow up to 10 business days for processing and delivery. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Can I change or add to my order?
We will do our best to accommodate order edits that come through, however this does depend on the status of your order. Unfortunately if your order has already been printed by our warehouse team, we will not be able to make any changes at this time. Due to the high volume of orders and requests placed during sale periods, we can not guarantee that stock will be available at the time of order edit. Make sure you double-check your cart before checking out!
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been fulfilled by the time our customer service team is online, please get in touch with us at support@montii.co so we can cancel your order for you. Please note our Customer Service Team hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3pm.
Order cancellations for change of mind will be processed for the full purchase amount in the form of a store credit. A refund is available upon request - this will incur a 5% restock and administration fee.
Can I combine shipping for multiple orders?
We will try to combine your orders if they are yet to be packed, however during the sale we receive a huge influx of orders that we pack and ship ASAP! If you haven't yet received shipping confirmation, please contact us to place your order on hold and we can instruct you how to place your second order to combine shipping.
What happens if my item is out of stock?
Our system automatically updates the availability of products on our online store as stock levels decrease. Occasionally, we receive multiple orders just before the stock is depleted. Consequently, when we pick your order, we discover that the stock is no longer present in our warehouse. We will do our best and offer choices for resolution.
- We can process a refund for the item/s back to your original payment method.
- We can issue you a gift card for the amount of the item.
- You can choose an alternate colour/style from the closest possible stock available. Please note this is at the discretion of MontiiCo and if an alternate item can not be found then either a refund or Gift card will be issued.
Will I get a free gift?
Orders over $129 will be eligible to receive the free gift while stocks last. This free gift will show on your order confirmation. 1 Free Gift per order. Your cart must equal $129 before parcel protection and shipping to qualify.
Promotional items are limited to stock availability and can change at the discretion of MontiiCo at any given time during the sale period.
Are there any limits on what I can order?
To ensure everyone gets a chance to enjoy our sale, we've placed a limit on certain items. For Mystery bottles, you can only order up to 3 per person. Any extra items will be refunded, and may risk your order being cancelled. Additional limits may apply to any amounts deemed to be of wholesale quantity.
When can I collect my order?
Click and collect is available at checkout and orders can be collected from our Coomera warehouse. We will be running extended hours around the sale period which will be shown on our website and in your confirmation email. The warehouse processes orders by time received, so please wait for your collection notification before coming to pick up your order. Multiple orders might not be available for collection on the same day.
Can I return my sale purchase?
In the unlikely event your item is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 5 days and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
We gladly accept all returns resulting from a change of mind, and we offer the option of online store credit or issuing a refund*. Please note clearance items are NOT eligible for change of mind returns. Clearance items are clearly marked.
You have 30 days from the day you place your order to initiate a return for a credit request by contacting our customer service team. The item must be in its original sale condition, with all tags attached. Return shipping for any change of mind returns is your responsibility
*Refunds are made to your original payment method, with a deduction for our 5% restocking fee.
What is a clearance item?
Clearance items are discontinued and overstocked items that are heavily discounted in our Black Friday sale. These items are clearly marked ‘Clearance’ on the product title and/or product description. Please check your cart carefully to review your selections.
These clearance items are NOT eligible for change of mind returns.
To give all our customers a chance to shop the sale, there are some limits on the number of Clearance items you can purchase. These maximum quantities are listed on the clearance item’s description.
In the event that another customer has purchased over the maximum quantity limit or has been flagged as containing commercial quantities, their order may be cancelled and the additional items will be returned to our stock rotation and therefore the inventory becoming available on the site again. In this event these items will be of very limited quantities and while stocks last.

MontiiCo Black Friday Sale Terms & Conditions
- Our Black Friday Sale will be available for all customers from 10:00am (AEST) on Thursday the 14th of November 2024. Members of our Facebook Group will have early access from 9AM AEST.
- Discount codes including welcome offer & affiliate codes do not apply during the sale except sale specific codes. You can still use a gift card as payment.
- Due to the large volume of orders during our sale period, it may take up to 10 business days for orders to be packed and dispatched with Australia Post. We recommend upgrading to our Express Dispatch and Shipping service if you need your order ASAP!
- International Shipping to selected locations is available over our Black Friday sale period. Please check out our ‘shipping and returns’ page for more info.
- To give all our customers a chance to shop the Black Friday Sale, there are some limits on the number of items purchased (such as mystery bottles with a max QTY of 3 per person) If your order is flagged as containing commercial quantities your order may be cancelled and refunded. Items purchased are not for resale by stockists or wholesalers.
- Sale pricing applies to completed online orders only. Items in your cart aren't guaranteed until checkout.
- Discounted prices are valid while listed online only. No price adjustments can be made for previous or future purchases.
- Daily deals are valid for new offers only and can not be applied retrospectively.

Items received as a free gift are not eligible for a refund. If you wish to return your sale order, the full RRP of the free gift will be deducted from your refund if the free gift is not also returned.
- Items returned for change of mind that were discounted over 50% will be refunded as a credit note (valid for 3 years) instead of cash.
- Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order item is in stock. If you would like your other items sent earlier please purchase in two separate transactions, or use our Split Shipment option at checkout. We provide an estimated date for the arrival of pre-order items but can't be held liable for delays due to shipping lines.
