Black Friday Sale FAQs
During our Black Friday sale, our regular discount codes will not apply. Black Friday specific promotional codes may be offered. Save any discount codes you might have to use after the sale ends! Gift cards are still valid.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you can't find it.
In the chance that the email is lost in the wild wild web, check your payment account to look for a corresponding purchase transaction. We also have a friendly Support Team available to assist you via email - support@montii.co
Orders are processed quickly, but due to high sales volume, please allow up to 10 business days for processing and delivery. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Customers have the option to edit their order within 24 hours of placing it, via the order confirmation email. Orders can be edited multiple times within the 24hr window.
Order editing is excluded for Express orders, Click & Collect orders, and International orders.
Unfortunately we will not be able to combine orders during this sale period. If you wish to edit or amend your order, you can do so via the order edit link in your confirmation email.
There are two free gifts available as a part of the 2025 MontiiCo Hotter Than Black Friday sale. Orders over $99 will receive one free gift, and orders over $179 will receive both, while stocks last.
Your free gift(s) will show on your order confirmation.
Limit of 1 set of gifts per order.
Your cart total must equal the qualifying amount before shipping and shipping insurance to be eligible.
Promotional items are limited to stock availability and can change at the discretion of MontiiCo at any time during the sale period.
To ensure everyone gets a chance to enjoy our sale, we've placed a limit on certain items.These items will be clearly marked in the product listing for those specific items. They may also include Mystery items and low stocked products. These items will have a purchase limit of 3 per order. Any extra items will be refunded, and may risk your order being cancelled. Additional limits may apply to any amounts deemed to be of wholesale quantity.
Orders placed via Click & Collect do not incur postage fees. Your order will be made available for collection once it has been picked and packed by our warehouse team. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to collect.
