Fantastic! (but two minor improvements needed)

It is rare to run across a backpack which holds up to everyday teen life, let alone one which meets their approval, but this one is it! It is extremely comfortable, even when fully packed, spacious, well-laid out in-terms of number and configuration of compartments, and robust enough to survive the sort of things that children and teens put their bags through (the reinforced and apparently water-resistant bottom is wonderful, by the way - no shredded areas or soggy notebooks here!). There are just two things that could improve upon 'perfection' here: First, the inside of the bag needs to have a light-coloured lining! It is really easy to lose things in here, since the inside of the bag is black; a light grey lining would solve this. Second, and most importantly of all, there need to be reflectors added! It is important for every school bag, but doubly so for this one; black is utterly invisible when it is darker/rainy/foggy - it is a major safety concern that the front & sides of the backpack have no reflectors (although the shoulder straps do). We have ended up sewing a reflective strip on the three aforementioned sides to make it safe for our teen to use, but there is no reason why it should not already be part of the bag. Other than that, no complaints here from parents, or from a very picky teen.

Great backpack

Great quality backpacks, wish I bought it sooner.

Love the design.

My daughter loves this backpack but it is definitely smaller than the original. Still fits all of her school stuff but maybe not as versatile as a luggage bag.

10/10 Great Backpack

I love the quality and all of the compartments and pockets. It helps my kindy kid keep their stuff organized – no digging for a jumper under their lunch, or stuffing headphones in with everything else. Everything feels so sturdy, especially zippers and the usual "weak" spots which fall apart on other bags. Love it.
