Golden Ticket Terms & Conditions

To celebrate 10 years of MontiiCo, we're hiding 10 Golden Tickets in 10 lucky orders placed during our birthday week. Here's everything you need to know. 🎉

Promotion Period Orders must be placed between 12:00am AEST 3 June 2026 and 12:00am AEST 10 June 2026 to be eligible. Golden Tickets will be physically included in a selection of orders dispatched during this period.

How It Works:

Ten Golden Tickets, each with a unique ticket number, will be randomly placed inside orders during the promotion period. Orders are selected at random by our warehouse team whilst packing, so every order placed during the promotion window has a chance of containing a Golden Ticket. If you find one in your parcel, you're a winner.

What You Win: 

Winners will receive a full refund to their original payment method, of their order. The prize applies to the total order value, regardless of whether sale or full-price products were purchased. 

How to Claim:

To claim your prize, contact our customer service team at support@montii.co with a clear photo of your Golden Ticket showing the unique ticket number, along with your order number. Claims can also be submitted via direct message on Facebook or Instagram.

Eligibility

  • The promotion is open to orders placed on the MontiiCo website between 12:00am AEST 3 June 2026 and 12:00am AEST 10 June 2026 only.

  • Golden Tickets are included in original customer orders only. They will not be placed in replacement orders dispatched during this period.

  • Tickets are selected and placed at random by the MontiiCo warehouse team during the packing process.

  • Each Golden Ticket number is unique and can only be claimed once.

  • MontiiCo reserves the right to verify all claims before processing a refund. Claims that cannot be validated will not be honoured.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.

  • No alternative prizes are available beyond those stated above.

  • This promotion is run by Westridge Goods Pty Ltd, trading as MontiiCo.

  • MontiiCo's decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final.

A few things worth noting

  • Keep your Golden Ticket safe. It is required to claim your prize and cannot be replaced if lost.

  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after your claim has been verified.

  • This promotion is subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.
