1. Promoter

The Promoter for this competition is MontiiCo (ABN 38 649 572 578) of 4/7 Hansen Court, Coomera QLD 4209.

2. Promotional Period

Entries for the competition open at 9AM AEST, 20th May and close 12PM AEST, 27th May.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for the competition, entrants must:

• be an individual over the age of 18 years;
• be a resident of Australia or New Zealand
• accept these terms and conditions; and
• not be employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, participating retailers or associated agencies.
  

4. Entering the competition

To enter the competition, entrants must:

• satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined in clause 3 (Eligibility);
• make a purchase (or multiple purchases) online (at https://www.montii.co/ or in our store during the Promotional Period
• complete the competition form available here:
• follow @montii.co on Instagram. For an entry to be valid, the entrant must still be following the account at the end of the competition period.

5. The Prize

The Prize will consist of 3 winners. Each winner will receive a refund of their Eligible Orders up to the total value of $500 AUD.

6. Prize Conditions

• Entries are limited to one per order number.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The Prize will be automatically awarded to the winner/s by way of a full refund of the Eligible Order/s to the payment method associated with the relevant order/s
• The Prize is not transferable, cannot be shared with other purchasers or applied to orders made outside the Promotional Period (including future orders), or orders that are otherwise ineligible and may not be redeemed for cash
• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
• Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
• Incomplete or indecipherable entries may be deemed invalid.
  

7. Prize Draw

7.1 Prize Draw

The winners will be drawn at random on Tuesday, 27th May 2025 and will be contacted directly using the information provided from the associated order.

7.2 Draws generally

The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the draw outcome or procedure.

Winners will be notified in writing within 7 days of the relevant draw (including any redraw made in accordance with clause 7.2(d)) through the contact details submitted as part of their entries.

The winner’s last name, first initial, and state will be published on this page on the Announcement Date.

If the winner has not redeemed the prize, or is otherwise unable to be contacted 14 business days after the Announcement Date, the winner will forfeit the prize and the prize will be redrawn in the same manner as the original prize draw.

8. Promoter’s liability

• The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
• All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to display the entries on www.montii.co and in any promotional material relating to the competition.
• The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from an offender under clause 6 (Prize Conditions) are reserved.
• Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
• If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

9. Privacy

The Promoter is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and by entering into the competition, the entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy, which can be viewed at https://montii.co/pages/privacy-policy

An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter upon request to the Promoter.
