We offer both regular and express shipping for international customers, with shipping rates displayed at checkout, based on the weight and value of your individual order. All international orders are shipped with tracking, using Australia Post.
We post daily Monday to Friday and dispatch orders next business day, except for new releases, sales and public holidays where it might take us a little bit longer.

Gorgeous colours and fantastic quality.
I bought this bag last year to start using in Term 1. Despite taking out the ice block every day and airing overnight (washing at weekends). The bag has gone mouldy. Bit disappointing considering all the other reviews are praising the products. Sprayed with vinegar and left in the sun then washed. Still the same so I have had to throw it away as I didn't want to put food in a mouldy lunch bag :(
Ice pack is amazing and keeps everything cool. Fits everything we want in it bbox lunchbox and a banana or snack box. Warranty issue was dealt with promptly - great customer service
Ice pack stays cold ALL day (Bris QLD weather)
As its heading to the cooler months, its still partly frozen in the afternoon.
Good size, will fit the large bbox lunch box and the snack box. Have managed to fit a fair amount into the bag.

Our lunch bags are machine washable - so it couldn’t be easier to keep them clean! They’re a little shy and need to be washed on their own, in cold water, on a gentle, longer cycle. Fast cycles tend to have a vigorous spin which can damage the lunch bag.
