Insulated Lunch Bags for School, Daycare and Work
A good lunch bag does more than carry lunch. It keeps food fresh until the lunch bell, survives the bottom of a school bag and comes clean in the wash at the end of the week.
Our insulated lunch bags are lined with quality aluminium, made from water resistant fabric and finished with robust YKK zips. With over 300,000 MontiiCo lunch bags sold, they are a cult favourite with Aussie families, and there is a size for every lunch, from a few snacks at daycare to a full day at school.
Which Size Lunch Bag Do I Need?
Start with what goes inside. The right lunch bag depends on the lunch box you use, how much food your child eats and how long they are away from home.
Mini Lunch Bag | 2L
Our smallest insulated bag, with an internal volume of 2L (approx 8 cups). It is the perfect fit for our Bento Two, Snack Lunch Box and Multiway Duo, so it suits morning tea, daycare snacks, outings and even medications on the go. A handy clip handle attaches to backpacks and prams, and a Mini Ice Pack is included.
Medium Lunch Bag | 3.70L
The in-between size, with an internal volume of 3.70L (approx 14.5 cups). It is a great choice for pre-schoolers, smaller eaters and anyone packing a single lunch box. A Medium Ice Pack is included and sits in its own pocket.
Large Lunch Bag | 5.1L
Our best-selling lunch bag, with an internal volume of 5.1L (approx 21.5 cups). All MontiiCo bento lunch boxes fit comfortably inside, with room for a snack box or drink alongside, so it is ideal for school-aged kids and bigger appetites. Our Large Ice Pack is included for up to 8 hours of cooling.
Insulated Lunch Carrier
Designed for adults, teens and tweens who want something a little more grown up. The Lunch Carrier has an aluminium lining, a top handle and an adjustable crossbody strap, a back pocket and an inside netted pocket. An ice pack is not included, so add one from our Ice Packs range for extra cooling.

Do MontiiCo Lunch Bags Come With an Ice Pack?
Yes. Our Mini, Medium and Large Lunch Bags each come with a matching size ice pack included. The Large Ice Pack gives up to 8 hours of cooling, the Medium up to 6 hours and the Mini up to 4 hours.
On our Medium and Large Lunch Bags the ice pack sits in a separate pocket, so there is no condensation and no soggy sandwiches. Want a spare so there is always one in the freezer? Shop our Ice Packs collection.
Are MontiiCo Lunch Bags Machine Washable?
Yes. See ya stains! Our lunch bags are machine washable (on their own) and easy to wipe clean, so they are ready to go again after a squashed banana or a leaky yoghurt.
What Are MontiiCo Lunch Bags Made Of?
Each insulated lunch bag is made from water resistant fabric for better performance against dirt and grime, with a quality aluminium lining to keep food cool and robust YKK zips. Every bag is covered by our 6 month manufacturer's warranty.
