The bowl itself is microwave safe, making it convenient for reheating meals.

Do not microwave the lid or dressing pot.

We recommend microwaving the bowl without lid for only 2-4 minutes under 248F/120C.

Yes, the To-Go Lunch Bowls are dishwasher safe* on the top rack on a cooler setting (45 degrees Celsius) than most dishwasher cycles. We recommend washing the lid and dressing pot by hand.
