I love that you can get replacement parts for the various MontiiCo lunch boxes.
My son broke the latch on his feast bento lunch boxes after 15 months of use and I was so relieved when I could get a replacement parts. They were cheap so I got a few spares for his and mine. The part easily clicks in place so you can keep using you fave lunchbox.
Thank you so much for offering replacement parts. Easy to replace. The original latch lasted a year of heavy use before snapping on one side.
Although we bought our lunchboxes almost 12 months ago we absolutely love them! My three kids ages 11, 9 and 7 fit so much in them with plenty of room in the lunch bag for extra fruit. Our favourite part is the sectional silicon cups we can get so much variety in them and makes us think and change up our lunches everyday. Two of our lunchboxes have also had the latches break on them, 1 of them breaking twice. Your customer support was fantastic and new latches were sent out within the week all still under warranty. Love your brand, and with such awesome and quick support for any issues we will continue to buy from you. Next thing will be the insulated food jars for winter 🙂 life time customer!

The ice pack comes home from school still frozen and everything in my son’s lunch box is still cool. Even on a hot summer school day with his school bag outside. Would absolutely recommend!
Originally purchased because we wanted a metal water bottle so that he wouldn’t drink out of ours and it’s definitely worked! He’s obsessed and drinks so much more water now. Also a breeze to clean!
