Use this collection for Sales (advanced collection app removed).
In Sales and Discount Manager, use Remove Tag field to delete "DiscountsAllowed" tag.
Use this method if we do not want discounts to apply to sale items.
Keep tag on if we are OK to combine with other discounts.
