Monti have been absolutely amazing when it comes to communication and resolving any issues.

Unfortunately, my original lids must have had a fault, so I reached out to Monti for assistance. They were fantastic from start to finish, providing clear, step-by-step instructions and quickly identifying exactly where the issue was before resolving it.

The replacement lids have been fantastic, and our drink bottles have now become our absolute go-to bottles! I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the customer service.

Thank you, Monti, for going above and beyond. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers!
