For best results, freeze the Ice Pack flat without the black outer fabric cover. Once frozen, wipe away any residue on the outside before slipping it back into the cover. Always use the Ice Pack inside its cover when placing it in your lunch bag.

Simply wipe down with a damp cloth and a little soapy water. Make sure it’s completely dry before putting it back in the freezer.

Not just yet! Dry it off first before refreezing. This helps prevent extra condensation and keeps the outside nice and dry.
