Food Jar Recipe: Oven Baked Thai Chicken Meatballs

 

These Oven Baked Thai Chicken Meatballs are a lunch idea you need to have in your life! They are super easy to make and make a great appetiser or lunch with salad and are a perfect addition to our Food Jars for an easy lunch on the go!

INGREDIENTS:

500g chicken mince
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp extra sweet chilli sauce for brushing
Sesame seeds

Dipping sauce:

75g sweet chilli sauce
22.5g lime juice

METHOD 

- Mix together chicken mince, bread crumbs, garlic, ginger, soy, sweet chilli sauce and lime juice until well combined
- Roll mixture into balls (using wet hands) and place on lined tray
- Bake in 200 degree oven for 15 minutes, then brush with sweet chilli sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Cook for a further 2 minutes and ENJOY!
- Make the dipping sauce but mixing together sweet chilli sauce and lime juice
