What makes MontiiCo Backpacks so special?

We're glad you asked! We put together a blog to answer all your questions and to show you all the important features, in one place! 

These Backpacks have been over a year in the making, and we're so excited to show you our newest creation! Here's a little run down of our favourite features:

POCKETS! You can never have enough, right? 

The Backpacks have 3 spacious compartments and each compartment has a 2 way zip closure. There are also 2 large side pockets which means extra support for tall bottles, and a padded inside pocket perfect for a laptop or tablet!   

They're full of surprises! 

We believe it's the little things that count! Inside the front pocket you'll find a sewn in label where you can write your child’s name. There’s also a handy carabiner attachment in this compartment to attach keys or a wallet - so everything stays in a safe spot! 

They're MACHINE WASHABLE!

How good? As parents ourselves, we know how important it is to be able to pop kid's stuff straight into the washing machine for a good clean, so why should a backpack be any different? 

They’re a little shy and need to be washed on their own, unzipped, in cold water, on a gentle, longer cycle. That's because fast cycles tend to have a vigorous spin which can damage your Backpack. Remember to remove the carabiner from the front pocket before washing! Too easy. 

The Backpacks are made from the same water resistant material as our much loved Lunch Bags, so you can wipe clean the interior and exterior of the Backpack with a damp cloth for any small spills.

Comfort is key!

Our Backpacks are super comfy thanks to the padded back and padded shoulder straps, which are adjustable for the perfect fit! The back of the bags and the straps have a mesh finish to help keep your back nice and cool on those hot summer days!

Made to last

Let's be honest - we all know our kid's backpacks spend more time on the floor than they do on their backs! The bottom of our Backpacks is made from PVC - a strong, tear resistant and wipe clean material. All our products are made with durable, long-lasting materials to ensure a consistently high level of quality. 

We know there's a lot of info to take in, and with any new product comes lots of questions! So we've answered a few below:

What age do you recommend the Backpacks for?

Our MontiiCo Backpacks are pretty spacious, so they are best suited to primary school aged kids and up. The Backpacks feature our custom, easy grip MontiiCo zips so are easy to use for little hands.

Do your lunch bags fit in the Backpacks?

Yep, there’s PLENTY of space for all sizes of our MontiiCo Lunch Bags inside the Backpack, with room to spare! No more squeezing and squishing everything to fit. You can always clip a Mini Lunch Bag onto the Backpacks for extras, or if their morning snack needs to be kept separate!
