MontiiCo “Happy Hour Giveaway” - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Westridge Goods trading as MontiiCo (ABN  38 649 572 578), Coomera, QLD, Australia.

2. Promotion Period

• The promotion runs on Friday, 14th November 2025 (AEST) as part of MontiiCo’s Hotter Than Black Friday event.

• The day will be divided into multiple 2-hour “Happy Hour” windows, published on the MontiiCo website and social channels.

• Entries are only valid for orders placed within the nominated window times.

3. How to Enter

• Place an order of $50 or more (after discounts and excluding shipping) during one of the nominated 2-hour Happy Hour windows.
  

• Each qualifying order counts as one entry for that specific window.
  

• You can enter more than once by placing separate qualifying orders in different windows.
  
  Cancelled or refunded orders will not be considered valid entries.

4. Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  

• MontiiCo employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

5. Prizes

There are five (5) prizes total, with an approximate total value of $3,000 AUD.
One winner will be drawn from each Happy Hour window.

Prizes include:

• Dyson Airwrap (valued at $899)
  

• Apple iPad A16 Wi-Fi, 128gb (valued at $599)
  

• Garmin Lili 2 Active GPS Smartwatch (valued at $498)
  

• Kindle Coloursoft (valued at $449)
  

• Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones (valued at $655)
  

Prizes have been individually purchased by MontiiCo for the purpose of this giveaway.
MontiiCo is not affiliated, sponsored, or endorsed by any of the brands listed.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible orders placed within each Happy Hour window.
  

• Winners will be drawn live on MontiiCo’s social media channels after the event.
  

• Each winner will also be notified via email using the details provided with their order.
  

If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, MontiiCo reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Prize Delivery

• Prizes will be shipped together with the winner’s MontiiCo order, or via separate delivery at MontiiCo’s discretion.
  

• Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  

• MontiiCo is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged deliveries.

 8. Additional Conditions

• Order value must meet the $50 AUD minimum after all discounts and before shipping.
  

• Entries placed outside of the nominated windows will not be eligible.
  

• Multiple entries placed on the same day will not be eligible for combined shipping.
  

• MontiiCo accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
  

• By entering, participants consent to MontiiCo using their first name and suburb for winner announcements and event promotion.

 

9. Privacy

• Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with MontiiCo’s Privacy Policy, available on our website.
  

• Entrant details will only be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting winners.

10. General

• MontiiCo reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion if technical issues, fraud, or other circumstances affect its integrity or proper conduct.
  

• Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
