Order Edit FAQs

We get it — sometimes you check out and then realise you want to switch something up. No stress! Here’s everything you need to know about editing or cancelling your order before it heads off to our packing team.

Edit Windows

During sale or peak times: You have a full 24 hours to edit your order using the link in your confirmation email. (And yep - you can tweak it more than once!)

Just a heads up! On the last day of our sale (December 2nd), order editing will be popped back to 1 hour once normal prices kick back in. If you need a hand making changes on that day, our lovely Customer Service Team is able to help you here

Outside peak periods: Your edit window is 1 hour, perfect for quick “oops, I forgot something!” moments.

Orders That Can't Be Edited

Some order types speed through our system so fast that changes simply aren’t possible once they’re placed. Here’s what that looks like:

Because customs forms generate automatically, international orders are locked in from the moment they’re placed. This means no updates to:

  • Items

  • Addresses

  • Combining with other orders

Hot tip: Double-check items + details before you hit “complete order” for international shipping.

Express orders head straight to the top of our packing queue. Because of the super-fast turnaround, we can’t:

  • Update items

  • Change addresses

  • Combine with other orders

The good news - your order will be out the door in record time!

Pickup orders are packed quickly and can’t be edited once placed.

Need something else? Simply pop through a second order and collect them together when they’re ready or shop in our pop up shop when you come to collect your order.

Cancelling Your Order

Definitely! You can cancel through the link in your confirmation email within your edit window (24 hours during sale / 1 hour outside sale).

If you need to cancel after the edit window closes, we may still be able to help - as long as your order hasn’t reached the printing stage in our warehouse.

Cancellations at this point will incur a 5% admin + restocking fee.

Editing & Payment Changes

If adding items bumps up your total, you’ll get an email with a “Pay Now” button to approve the difference.

  • Your added items aren’t secured until payment is completed.

  • Payment must be made within your edit window - otherwise your original order continues unchanged.

  • Once paid, your updated order heads to the packing queue after the edit window closes.

Note: Free gifts can’t be added when editing an order - they apply only in the original cart.

Removing items may affect:

  • Free shipping
  • Free gifts

If your updated order drops below a threshold, you might see:

  • A $10 shipping charge added
  • Or the full RRP of a free item added back in if it no longer qualifies

Once the authorisation hold lifts, your statement will update to reflect:

  • Either the reversed amount (if cancelled), or
  • The final total after your edit window closes

Timing varies depending on your bank or payment provider.

When you edit or cancel through our Cleverific tool, your payment stays in a temporary authorisation hold - it’s not a completed charge yet.

Once that hold clears, the transaction will simply drop off your statement rather than appear as a refund. This can take a few business days depending on your bank.

Your final payment will reflect your correct order total after the edit window ends.

Discounts & Bundles

Discount codes can’t be added during the edit process - they must be applied in your original cart before checkout.

Bundle products are pre-set and offer special pricing, so the items inside can’t be swapped or modified.
