DOES THE INSULATED LUNCH BAG COME WITH AN ICE PACK?
Yes, all lunch bags come with a self-contained gel ice pack that is independently certified as "food safe". The ice pack is included in its own black cover and is designed to fit perfectly in each lunch bag size (Large, Medium, and Mini).
IS THERE A DEDICATED ICE PACK POCKET IN ALL INSULATED LUNCH BAGS?
Yes, each lunch bag has a separate ice pack pocket to keep the ice pack and food separated. This prevents condensation from forming and keeps the food dry. The Insulated Cooler Bags have a mesh inner pocket to hold the ice pack.
WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED WAY TO CARE FOR MY ICE PACK?
To care for your ice pack, follow these steps: · Freeze the ice pack flat and without its black outer fabric cover. · Remove any frozen residue on the outside of the ice pack before placing it in the cover/bag. · Always place the included ice pack inside the black fabric ice pack cover before using it inside the lunch bag.

Express Dispatch & Shipping Upgrade
We’re offering an Express Dispatch Guarantee, to give you the BEST possible chance of getting your parcel on time.
When you upgrade to our Express Shipping & Dispatch service, your order will be sent express with Australia Post and given the star treatment at our warehouse. That means your order will jump to the front of the queue to be packed first, and when placed before 1pm (AEST) our team will guarantee your order is dispatched that same day.
The Express Dispatch & Shipping Upgrade costs $16, or $6 on orders over $99 within Australia.
We currently ship internationally to New Zealand, Singapore, Canada and the USA only.

Is everything on sale?
Almost! All individual products are discounted including gift cards and replacement parts. Shipping fees are excluded from our sale.
Can I use other discount codes on my order from the EOFY sale?
With generous discounts storewide, including newly released products and value bundles we are unable to honour other discount codes during this time.
MontiiCo Gift cards are still valid during sale periods, and as always, we have free shipping on orders over $99 within Australia too!
Did my EOFY sale order go through?
An email order confirmation will be sent to the email address used in the order once the payment has been successfully processed. If you can’t find the email order confirmation within an hour or two of creating the order, be sure to check your junk mail.
In the chance that the email is lost in the wild wild web, check your payment account to look for a corresponding purchase transaction. We also have a friendly Support Team available to assist you via email - firstname.lastname@example.org
When will my EOFY sale order be delivered?
All orders are processed as quickly as possible however due to the high volume of sales, it may take 7-10 business days for orders to process and prepared, ready to be dispatched with Australia Post.
Shipping Times vary depending on the destination and, due to high volumes of shipments at this time of the year, may experience longer transit times.
Once in progress, shipments can be monitored on the Australia Post website - simply log on to your account via our website to see the tracking information. Or check your email for the order with the tracking details.
I forgot something in my order! Can I place another order and combine the shipping?
EOFY is one of the busiest times of the year here at MontiiCo, which means we receive a huge influx of orders which we try to pack and ship as quickly as possible. We are unable to change any orders during this time, or combine orders after they have been placed. We recommend you triple check your cart before checking out to avoid needing to place multiple orders which we can not combine.
Can I change or add to my order?
Unfortunately due to the large volume of orders received, and our speedy warehouse team, we will be unable to change the items within an order once it has been placed.
If the address on your order is incorrect, and you haven’t yet received your tracking notification, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will try our best to assist. We are unable to process address changes once your order has been shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been fulfilled by the time our customer service team are online, please get in touch with us so we can cancel your order for you. Please note our Customer Service Team hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 2:30pm.
