Can I choose what goes into my Mystery Box?
Yes and no. While you can't choose exactly what will come in your box, you can select the size (Small or Large) and colour (Pink & Purple or Blue & Green) of Mystery Box you purchase, which narrows down the colours of products that will come in your mystery box.
Can I swap the products that are in my Mystery Box?
The Mystery Boxes are prepacked so that we can get them out to you ASAP! No changes can be made to the contents of each Mystery Box. We've packed the boxes with a variety of colour variations and your box will be selected at random on dispatch (according to your colour and size selection).
Will the products be Brand New or Used?
Every product in the mystery boxes will be brand new, unused product. There will be no used/seconds included.
Which colours are in each Mystery Box?
There are 2 colour options for each size of Mystery Box to choose from - each contains a mix of colours. Below is an indication of which colours and patterns each box contains, though we can not guarantee your box will contain ALL of these colours or patterns.
Pink & Purple: Strawberry, Grape, Pomegranate, Iced Berry, Dawn, Chalk
Blue & Green: Blueberry, Apple, Elderberry, Kiwi, Pineapple, Rust
Will there be multiple items the same in one box?
There may be duplicate products in some mystery boxes, but in various colours. No two products will be exactly the same.
Can I Buy Multiple Mystery Boxes?
Yes! There's no limit on how many mystery boxes you can purchase!
How long will my Mystery Box take to Ship?
Mystery Boxes will be dispatched from the 28th July. Due to the high volume of sales, it may take up to 5 to 7 business days for orders to process and be prepared to be dispatched with Australia Post. There is no Express Post option for Mystery Boxes or orders containing Mystery Boxes.
Can Mystery Boxes be shipped Internationally?
Unfortunately, due to distribution agreements with our partners overseas we are unable to ship Mystery Boxes internationally. These boxes are also very heavy - unfortunately it's not affordable for us to be able to cover this shipping.
Can I return or Exchange my Mystery Box?
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on Mystery Boxes unless you receive a defective or damaged product. Our standard product warranty applies to each product.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order (before it has been fulfilled & shipped or an order awaiting a pre-order item) a restocking fee will be charged and that will be deducted from the transaction total refunded to you. (The restocking fee covers the administration costs incurred due to the change of mind).
While we endeavour to respond to you within 1 business day, sometimes our warehouse has already fulfilled your order as they begin packing orders at 6am daily. We are unable to cancel those orders that have been fulfilled and dispatched.
Alternatively, if your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel your order and issue a gift card for the full order amount and this is valid for 3 years.
Do discount codes apply to the Mystery Boxes?
Further discounts do not apply to Mystery Boxes as they are already heavily discounted. Gift cards will still apply to Mystery Boxes. Please contact us if you are having issues using your gift card.
Did my Mystery Box purchase go through?
An email order confirmation will be sent to the email address used in the order once the payment has been successfully processed. If you can’t find the email order confirmation within an hour or two of creating the order, be sure to check your junk mail. In the chance that the email is lost in the wild wild web, check your payment account to look for a corresponding purchase transaction. Is free shipping included on the Mystery Boxes?
Yes, free shipping is included with each Mystery Box. If you are purchasing ONLY Mystery Box(es) you will not be charged for shipping. Your Mystery Box will be shipped separately to any other purchases you may make.
I want to buy a Mystery Box plus some other products. Why am I still being charged for shipping?
Mystery Boxes do not count towards the $99 Free Shipping threshold as they are already packed and will be shipped separately. If you wish to purchase additional products we recommend purchasing a Mystery Box first and placing a second order for the rest of your items afterwards, as we expect Mystery Boxes to sell out quickly.
