I LOVE your products! Can I get a sample to review for my blog or socials?

We love the opportunity to place our products into the hands of bloggers and influencers! Please get in touch via our contact form and we can discuss working together.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are designed in Australia and responsibly manufactured in China. We have stockists and distributors worldwide.

I don't have a store, but can I make a bulk purchase?

Yes, we offer bulk pricing to schools, kindergartens, mums group or buyers co-ops and other groups. Please use our contact form to send through your requirements - we would love to hear from you!

Do your products come with a warranty?

We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, such as issues with any parts or material defects, for six months after purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

We do not guarantee our products for issues related to wear and tear including rips, spills, scratches, chips, mould, fading, warping, stains and odour. Please keep in mind that although our products are designed for children, they are not indestructible.

If you have purchased one of our products from a stockist, you are required to contact them directly with any warranty concerns.

Can I add to, or change my order once I have paid online?

We are unable to make additions or deletions to orders once they have been placed. If we are unable to fulfil any part of your order we will notify you prior to posting. If you have entered the incorrect postage details please email us immediately at hello@montii.co with the correct details.
MontiiCo has an automated postage system and orders will be sent to the exact address entered when your order is placed online. We take no responsibility for orders being sent to incorrect addresses entered by the purchaser. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, or failure to accept a delivery (eg. post box notification slips) you will be charged additional postage to re-deliver the goods.
Failure to pay a reshipping fee will result in a refund of the order minus original freight charge plus a $15 restocking fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

All orders placed are considered final and may only be cancelled at MontiiCo's discretion. Cancelled orders may be subject to a $15 restocking fee.

We all love your products, do you offer them to be used for fundraising?

Brilliant! We would love to hear from you! We offer simple fundraising opportunities where you can purchase discounted products, and also raise money for your school, club or charity.

What does it mean when I order a product that is on pre-order?

A ‘pre-order’ is an item of high demand that is on back order and is in transit to us from our manufacturer. Pre-order items have an ‘estimated release date’ which is the date given to us by the shipper for when it will arrive to us. The ‘estimated release date’ is advertised on the listing. Stock can arrive earlier, or later, than the ‘estimated’ date that is given. Customs and transit delays are unforseen and unpredictable but sometimes do occur which can delay items arriving.

Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order item is in stock, the entire order will then be sent in the next day’s dispatch. If you would like your other items sent earlier please purchase in two separate transactions.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your goodies via Paypal, Afterpay and Credit Card. We sadly no longer accept choc chip cookies as payment, due to it being a very silly idea indeed.
