This is the second one we’ve purchased, the first was for my daughter and now that my son is at preschool and we need to send lunches we bought him one too. He loves it so much. Keeps his food warm till lunch and there are so many new ideas for winter lunch ideas. Loved the freebie of the cutlery set!

I love these bottles, they keep the water cool and are great quality, even after being dropped numerous times.
I won’t by the pull out too again as mine always leaks but the straw one has been good.
The bags are very well made and stutdy but like it sometimes happens, my daughters backpack stitching started to come undone, so I got on the website and filled out the contact us form with a photo. I did it one night, the next morning I had a message saying a new one was on its way and it arrived 2 business days later. So easy and stress free. We still love her backpack

The new and improved packaging is fantastic. The old ones were great but over time they got holes. They just stay ice cold for so long. This is why I keep coming back for more. Highly recommend
