We post Australia Wide via Courier or Australia Post. Shipping service is dependent on order size and delivery location. Orders sent via courier will require a residential address. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please allow 10 working days for delivery as Australia Post has recently changed their domestic delivery timeframes. If you have any concerns over the status of your parcel, please contact us. Every satchel parcel sent by us is trackable from lodgement to delivery. In the rare circumstance that a parcel is missing, we will launch an investigation with the delivery service to locate it. Investigation times vary by service and the resolution will depend on the report findings.

If you change your mind on an unwashed and unused item you are welcome to post back for an exchange. Once we confirm the item is still in brand new condition, a credit for the item’s value less our restocking fee will be added to your account on our website for you to purchase an exchange. Postage costs associated with returning and receiving the new item, and the item price difference, are wholly the customers. We do not refund for change of mind.

We recommend using fresh bread, it works best! The impressions won't be quite as sharp in a grainy bread, so a smooth bread (such as white, wholemeal or rye) gives the best results.
How do I get the most out of my lunch punch cutters?
For the perfect Lunch Punch Sandwich PUNCH down firmly with both hands, FLIP your cutter over and PRESS in for finer details, PEEL the crusts away from the sandwich, POP your sandwich out using fingers or a bread knife, ADMIRE!!
What fillings are best to use for my lunch punch sandwiches?
You can use any fillings you like! Our Lunch Punch Cutters do work best with less filling, if you want to add more fillings such as lettuce, salad and meats we recommend cutting your bread before adding fillings. With spreads, again less is more - it can be best to cut your bread before adding large amounts of spreads. For example, jam will ooze out the sides when pressed down.
The cutter is great as it uses the whole sandwich except the crust. Which my children don't eat anyway.

Once we confirm the item is still in brand new condition, a credit for the item’s value less our restocking fee will be added to your account on our website for you to purchase an exchange. What kind of bread works best?
We recommend using fresh bread, it works best! The impressions won't be quite as sharp in a grainy bread, so a smooth bread (such as white, wholemeal or rye) gives the best results.
How do I get the most out of my lunch punch cutters?
For the perfect Lunch Punch Sandwich PUNCH down firmly with both hands, FLIP your cutter over and PRESS in for finer details, PEEL the crusts away from the sandwich, POP your sandwich out using fingers or a bread knife, ADMIRE!!
What fillings are best to use for my lunch punch sandwiches?
You can use any fillings you like! Our Lunch Punch Cutters do work best with less filling, if you want to add more fillings such as lettuce, salad and meats we recommend cutting your bread before adding fillings. With spreads, again less is more - it can be best to cut your bread before adding large amounts of spreads. For example, jam will ooze out the sides when pressed down.
The cutter is great as it uses the whole sandwich except the crust. Which my children don't eat anyway.

Every satchel parcel sent by us is trackable from lodgement to delivery. In the rare circumstance that a parcel is missing, we will launch an investigation with the delivery service to locate it. We post Australia Wide via Courier or Australia Post. Shipping service is dependent on order size and delivery location. Orders sent via courier will require a residential address. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please allow 10 working days for delivery as Australia Post has recently changed their domestic delivery timeframes. If you have any concerns over the status of your parcel, please contact us. Every satchel parcel sent by us is trackable from lodgement to delivery. In the rare circumstance that a parcel is missing, we will launch an investigation with the delivery service to locate it. Investigation times vary by service and the resolution will depend on the report findings.

Once we confirm the item is still in brand new condition, a credit for the item’s value less our restocking fee will be added to your account on our website for you to purchase an exchange. Postage costs associated with returning and receiving the new item, and the item price difference, are wholly the customers. We do not refund for change of mind.

Yes! Our MontiiCo Food Jars are double-walled, vacuum insulated (also known as thermally insulated), meaning they are suitable for hot and cold food – perfect for year-round use. We recommend pre-warming your Food Jar, just prior to use with boiling water. Attach lid and let stand for 10 minutes, then empty After pre-warming, fill your food jar and replace the lid for maximum insulation efficiency Keep lid in place as much as possible to keep your food warm. WARNING: Always exercise caution with hot foods to avoid burns and scalds. We do! We understand that parts from your MontiiCo Food Jar may become lost, so have replacement handles, bumpers and seals. You can find them here Wash and rinse your Food Jar thoroughly before first use, and after each use. Food Jars in our Fruity Pop range are dishwasher safe to 70°C. Be sure to remove the bumper and place it separately to your food jar in the dishwasher, to avoid water getting trapped between the jar and the bumper. Please refer to the cleaning instructions on your MontiiCo product packaging. Food Jars that are not in the Fruity Pop range are not suitable for the dishwasher - this can damage the finish and void your warranty. The seal in the Food Jar is removable, we recommend removing to ensure no food is stuck underneath the seal. Always store your MontiiCo food jar empty, and completely dry inside. We recommend storing your empty food jar without the lid affixed. All MontiiCo products are made from 18/8 food-grade stainless steel. This food-grade stainless steel is highly rust resistant, as well as safe, durable and BPA-free. Sometimes marks can be left behind from the electropolishing process which smooths the surface of the metal as electrolytes left on the surface can turn a rust colour, but this is perfectly normal and harmless. Our products are constructed with durable, long-lasting materials to ensure a consistently high level of quality. Our products have a manufacturer's warranty of twelve months. This covers any manufacturing defects such as issues with parts or materials, with proof of purchase. Wear and tear, and care issues (i.e issues NOT caused by a fault in the manufacturing process) are not covered under manufacturer warranty. My daughter loves her new food jar which keeps her school lunch warm.
We love the insulated food jar to use for munch and crunch at school. It keeps the fruit cool and nicer to eat on hot days. The kids find it easy to open and close, and now with the cutlery band that can be purchased separately it is even more convenient to pack a fork to pick up the fruit pieces. We love the different colours and swapping the lids and the base to create different colour combinations.
